Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects are pretty good. The audio is decently balanced for the small space and number of people, but I did hear a minor comment or two that sounded like it was from behind the camera. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks pretty good. It's decently lit and clear with a pretty good hand on the camera.

The Movie:
Plumper Orgy 4 keeps things simple. As with most orgies, the action starts out with the girls playing with each other and then kicks up another notch when the guys arrive.
