Audio /Video Quality: As usual with Private, the technical aspects are top notch. There is some dubbing, but the feature appears to be shot in a language other than English, so I can live with it. There are a few spots that looked to have been done in English that don’t synch too well, but I think this might be to give the entire feature a more uniform feel, which I can understand. The audio is nicely balanced both in the dubbed setup scenes as well as the sex scenes, which all sound great. The video is presented in non-anamorphic widescreen, and shows a hint of grain in places. The setup sequences looking as if they might have been shot on film and treated right, but is nicely lit and continues evenly to the edge.

Menus: The menus are nicely animated and have a hard edge that fits the Pirate line extremely well. The chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a title and a small clip of the scene.

The Feature: Fetish TV revolves around a simple idea. Each scene is a show on a TV station that focuses on fetishism. Sometimes there’s a short lead-in to the scenes (which are always easily skipped), and each scene stands on its own.

Lin and Veronica Carso start things off kissing each other while Diether von Stein and Bailey kiss their way around the girls legs and shoes. Lin taunts one of the guys with her bald beaver through a glass table while Veronica works on the other’s cock with her heels and mouth. Lin lets her partner go straight into her ass from behind after coming above the table, while Veronica lays back for hers to fuck her pussy. I have to admit to being a little disappointed by this scene, but I think that feeling mostly came from the scene being so similar to many mainstream scenes.

Fetish TV is another great addition to Private’s Pirate Fetish Machine line. The scenes have a great fetish style to them, with performers who look to really be into the scenes. The fetish aspect never gets completely wild and intimidating, like some of Tanya Hyde’s movies can be, which makes Fetish TV much friendlier to the mainstream porn audience who might be starting to explore fetishism, yet still have a strong fetish aspect to them. It should also please more of Private’s fans who like a heavy anal and double penetration emphasis. The only complaint I can really have about the feature is that a few of the scenes feel a little repetitive, with the same starts or similar finishes. Despite this, Fetish TV is a damn hot fuck flick that’s worth checking out!

Extras: Trailers are included for Fetish TV, Private Lust Treasures 8, Alpine Sex, Sunrise, Private Orgies, and Castings X 13. The photo gallery contains about thirty eight great looking full screen photos. Bios are included for Bettina, Dora Venter, Karina, Lin, Lisa Sparkle, Mandy Bright, Patricia Diamond, Sandra Iron, and Veronica Carso. Each bio includes a little personal information, a photo from the movie, and a list of some of the star’s other Private credits. Production notes, which are basically promotional materials, are included which let you know a little about what the movie’s about. Finally, there’s the eight and a half minute Report, which is a cross between a behind the scenes featurette and a promotional video. Much of the video acts as a behind the scenes featurette, but rather than interviews with the star and director, there’s a voice over that gives it more of a promotional feel. Despite the voice over, this Report is the best one I’ve seen from Private in a long time.

Overall: Currently, most of Private’s Pirate Fetish Machine series can be found online for between $20 and $30 with several stores offering it near the low end. If you’re a fan of harder or fetish sex, this one should be well worth your money. The sex is extremely hot and even has great chemistry. The technical aspects are very good, and there’s even some decent extras.

Note to Private: It’s great to see you supporting the widescreen format, but in the future please take it all the way to anamorphic widescreen.
