Initial Expectations: I haven’t heard much of anything about Robert Hill’s movies, and the little I’ve heard hasn’t been good. I’m not going in with too high of expectations here.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty good. The audio is well balanced, and free of background noises for the most part. There are a couple places where there’s a noise or a bit of direction from behind the camera, but it’s very few and very far between. The video is also nicely done. It’s nicely lit and there’s barely any grain or overdone camera motion throughout the feature.

Music: There’s a little music at the start of each scene that’s a little on the loud side. Most of the action is music free, and seems to work just fine without it.

Menus: The main menu is pretty standard, and blends a still with a bit of the movie. The chapter menu is extremely generic and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene.

The Feature

Pile Driver 4 goes with a simple formula. You have a girl dress up in a fetishy nurse’s outfit and a strap-on. After she plays to the camera by herself a little, she goes over to a guy and they warm each other up briefly. Scene 1 - Crystal De Luna and a guy

Crystal, a decent looking dark haired girl, starts things out in a black and red PVC nurses’s outfit and a strap-on. Sometimes this doesn’t bother me, but here it left me distracted and threw me out of the scene. I think it’s because there seemed to be some very nice passion between Crystal and her partner, and not understanding them I felt left out of a bit part of the scene.

Scene 2 - Juliana Gomes and a guy

This scene is one to have the remote handy for.

Scene 3 - Katia Killer and a guy

Scene 4 - Tcharla Amorin and a guy

Tcharla, and okay looking girl with braces who appears to have come up with her first name during hayfever season, starts out her scene in a pink PVC nurse’s outfit. It has more chemistry than all the other scenes put together, and both Tcharla and the guy seem to be completely into the strap-on action. The scene moves along very well and felt like it could have gone even longer. This is a very hot scene.

Pile Driver 4 is an above average balling movie. The girls all have a similar look, but it’s not a bad look, and the guys aren’t too bad either. The scenes are nicely drawn out but unfortunately they get caught up in their own formula a little too much. It’s the same few positions in every scene and every guy finishes things up on his back stroking himself. Although formulaic, the final scene easily rises to the top due to an overabundance of chemistry and enjoyment while the third scene quickly sinks to the bottom with a girl who doesn’t look overly into it and a guy who looks like he’s in pain. I like how they work with a nurse theme for the movie, but at the same time it almost seems wasted and leaves me a bit confused. It just plays to the location and that’s it. My other bit of confusion is the title of the movie, since there’s absolutely no pile driving in the movie and I can’t see anything else that would relate to the title. Pile Driver 4 ends up as an above average balling movie with perhaps its most remarkable feature being some of the best done technical aspects I’ve seen for a fetish release such as this.

Currently, many Robert Hill DVDs can be found online for between about $15 and $25 with stores offering them everywhere in between. If you’re into balling, you can do a lot worse than this release. The scenes are pretty formulaic, but there is some nice heat in a couple of the scenes. The technical aspects are pretty well done, but there’s virtually no effort put into the extras. This is a decent movie on a slightly below average DVD.

Note to Robert Hill: Credits would be a very nice thing. So would extras. You might try including a full bonus scene from one of your other releases to try to draw people’s attention to other movies you have out.
