There was a time when a porno flick ran for just over an hour - you hardly needed popcorn. But this mother runs for the better part of six hours. It makes 'Gone with the Wind' look like a short. I've got to ask, how long can these sex films get? Pretty soon, to watch a porno you'll need your sleeping bag, sandwiches and a flask of coffee.

Mustn't grumble though. As a piece of credit-crunch porn, PAWB3 represents real value-for-money. DeVoe has brought together six fine trollops for a wanton display of the gluteus maximus, 'fat, round and juicy' as the blurb says. For those in any doubt, Kelly Devine's shapely cheeks shout it at you from the box cover. But beware: it is not all anal. Out of six one-on-one scenes, half the girls take it up the ass.

It would not be DeVoe unless he squeezed some brothers in somewhere – yes, it is interracial. Actually, that's my favourite combo: black guys fucking white girls. It has a special excitement all its own. And the girls? Homegrown white American cuties, most of them, (I think Katya's Russian). So let's see what they get up to.

Actually, my first impressions are disappointment. Compared with some of DeVoe's other work, I find this ordinary. Bobbi Starr, the best looker on the film for my money, rolls about on a bed in G-string, stockings and bra. There is a long period of solo fingering, writhing, posing and general showing off before she takes Rico Strong's long prick in her mouth. Only after 33 minutes does he commence to fuck her. There is gaping and A2M and (the best bit) an ass-fuck with her in a chair, then some cowgirl-anal. It ends with the obligatory cum-in-mouth scene and swallowing. 3/5

Kirra Lynn's scene follows the same pattern. She takes her time teasing us and stripping out of her yellow bikini - or are they undies? Her black partner (all the men in this film are black) then stimulates her asshole with his tongue, then fucks her doggy and cowgirl style, then with her upright and even upside down, then missionary, then piledriver. Emma Heart I am less keen on, for some reason - but I mustn't be too subjective. In the opening she is in black bra and pants with long very blonde hair, disporting herself on a bed. By this time, we are onto disc 2. Katya is Russian and looks it. She catches the eye in a yellow bra and pant set, with Mr Marcus at the top of the stairs waiting to fuck her. It looks as if they shot this one in a vacant embassy somewhere – with the grand staircase and ornamental ironwork.Or perhaps I am just not used to these palatial California homes. Katya sports the usual tattoo in the middle of her back although she cannot compete with Mr. Marcus for body art: his arms ought to be framed. She ambles teasingly up the stairs, showing her ass off and gets a long doggy-fuck from Mr M for her trouble. After some other positions, all vaginal, the scene ends with a weak pop-shot. 2.5/5

Kelly Devine's is one of the stronger scenes in the movie. Sitting on stairs, she peels back her red dress to reveal her cheeks and for fifteen minutes we get an ample display of cunt and ass. Kelly must have had a salty meal, she drinks repeatedly from a water bottle. We then see a rarity in porn films – a '69' scene. After blowing a guy, Kelly takes him up the ass in a long and very good anal screwing. She is another noisy moaner. Since we have a rating for male looks, it is worth noting that the guy has an amazing physique: spare, muscular, not an ounce of fat and the usual outsize schlong. He puts Kelly through her paces with cowgirl, reverse cowgirl, doggy (all anal) and then spews in her mouth. This is a good scene although the focus on the camerawork is soft. 3.5/5

Lastly we have Alyssa Dior. Alyssa is not my cup of tea but she has broad hips and a nice round ass. After lots of bending and showing off, around a dining table, with only the slightest bra and pants to cover her up, she finds a guy on some marble steps and proceeds to suck him off. There follows a short fuck scene in two positions (no backdoor action here) and then a cumshot. It's OK, this scene. 2.5/5

On top of all this you get 'extras'. Half an hour of BTS – you know, girls posing for stills, sorting out their undies, the odd bit of bj; we also get a slide show and five trailers.

De Voe could have spiced this up by having some two-on-one scenes and a bit of d.p. One other thing: I am afraid the scenes are absurdly long. For instance, Bobbi Starr takes thirty minutes to show off before the man even enters! Tease, yes, but there are limits. I suppose the scenes have been left long to justify the 'two-disc' label as a marketing ploy.
