Initial Expectations: JM’s attitude normally doesn’t do anything for me, but with Tricia Devereaux in this one I have to give it a shot.

Initial Reaction: There’s a lot of potential, but almost all of it is wasted.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects leave a bit to be desired. The audio is balanced okay, but there’s some crap that appears to be thrown in on purpose during the first scene that brings it down. Maybe it’s there so that you don’t hear all the background noises, but if so they missed a few. The video is pretty good for mid-nineties porn. It’s nicely lit and only has a little bit of grain.

Music: The music is as cheesy as a person would expect from mid-nineties porn, but is nicely balanced with the rest of the audio.

Disc Complaints: There’s no time stamp for the feature. As I understand it, this takes next to no effort or cost to include in a DVD, and allows the viewer to jump to any instance in a DVD rather than just chapter breaks. Because of the low effort this takes, it’s something that when it’s missing gives me a feeling that the company doesn’t care that much about their product.

Menus: The main menu starts things out with some okay animation that goes downhill by making it look like you’re viewing it through beer goggles. The chapter menu is nicely done, and lets you choose a scene based on the story and a small clip. It also lets you jump directly to specific sex acts.

The Feature

Perverted Stories 10 collects four children’s stories and nursery rhymes and gives them an adult twist. There’s a little lead-in, which is normally fun, before things get down and dirty.

Scene 1 - Tricia Devereaux and Dave Hardman

Tricia starts things out as Little Red Riding hood skipping her way through the forest on her way to Grandma’s house. She gets lost, and the Big Bad Wolf gives her directions to a playground instead of Grandma’s house. He tells her that he won’t eat her, but she won’t be able to say the same. Tricia drops to her knees to suck his cock before turning around so that he can fuck her from behind. Tricia also rides Dave reverse cowgirl with each of her holes before letting him spoon her ass. Tricia brings things to a close by taking a nice facial.

This is a hot and fun scene. Tricia puts great energy and some very nice vocals into the scene, and Dave does a great job in his wolf costume. This scene both turned me on and put a smile on my face despite lackluster editing and camera work.

Scene 2 - Nikki Scott, Buck Adams, and The Woodsman

Nikki lets Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater, aka Buck Adams, know that he can’t satisfy her anymore in the second scene. He knows, and lets her know that he’s rigged up a pumpkin especially for her. He shows her a pumpkin with a cock sticking out of it and then leaves her with it. She lowers herself down to fuck herself with her special pumpkin, but gets stuck on it. The Woodsman finds her there, and when he can’t lift her off suggests that maybe if she sucks his cock he can pull her off that way. Buck comes back to find Nikki sucking The Woodsman, and after giving him a pumpkin, decides to join in. After she gobbles their knobs, Nikki lets them take turns fucking her from behind. The Woodsman finishes first, and pops on Nikki’s ass. Noticing that his competition has finished, Buck decides it’s his turn. He lets her ride him cowgirl style, as well as in reverse cowgirl, before fucking her ass. It looks like Nikki might take a bit of a DP here, but it only lasts a few seconds and is in extreme closeup mode. Finally, Buck pops on Nikki’s ass after throwing some pumpkin shit on it.

This is an okay scene at best. I didn’t find Nikki that attractive, and the Woodsman was about as good looking as Buck. There’s some nice humor once again, but the acting is bad even by porn standards. Yes, I know I’m not commenting much on the sex here, but it left as much to be desired as everything else and throughout almost the entire scene I wanted a different camera angle. If that’s not enough, the editing seems completely fucked. The flash of a DP makes it seem like whoever edited this movie didn’t know what they were doing, or maybe JM just left it in so that they could say that there’s a DP in the scene. I don’t know, but it definitely helped bring the scene to a rock bottom quality level. This scene is probably best enjoyed if you skip to the next scene as soon as you see a cock come out.

Scene 3 - Lexi Leigh and Buck Adams

Lexi plays L’il Blow Peep in the penultimate scene, and goes looking for her lost sheep. She finds Buck wearing only a sheep mask, and decides his nuzzling is okay because there’s nobody around to see it. She reciprocates with a little head before turning around to sixty-nine Buck so that he can tongue her holes. After fucking Lexi from behind a bit, Buck turns his attention to her ass. He reams her a while and then gives her a nice facial.

This is another okay scene. Once again it starts out nice, but the sex brings the scene down. This scene seemed to go on forever, and not in the good way. It felt like it desperately needed a good editing, and before it was done I started playing solitaire on my computer to stay awake.

Scene 4 - Candy Apples, Ron Jeremy, and Billy Glyde

Candy Apples, in a cat outfit, crawls around Billy, wearing a moon mask, in Hey Diddle Diddle to start out the final scene. She out licks her way around Billy’s ass before Ron jumps back and forth over Billy while wearing a cow suit. Candy brings Ron into the action by sucking on his udder before he directs her to the gourmet udder. Ron moves around to fuck Candy from behind while she sucks Billy, and after letting Billy have a poke, fucks Candy with both his cock and his teats while mooing. The guys each take a turn in Candy’s ass as well before trying to double stuff her, which doesn’t quite work. Finally, Candy takes an okay double facial from the guys.

This is another scene that makes me wonder if whoever edited it had ever edited a movie before. It had a clusterfuck feel to it and once again felt drawn out beyond where it should have been. Ron had some humorous comments early in the scene, but with the level of this movie at this point they just seemed desperate. This is a below average ending to a lacking movie.

Perverted Stories 10 shows that a fun idea and a little creativity can be ruined by people who don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Every scene here starts out great and had a smile on my face. I love Tricia skipping through the woods, Buck as Peter Peter Pumpkineater, Lexi looking for her sheep, and the creativity of the final scene. Every opening here worked very well for me. Unfortunately, the sex never kept up with it. The girls normally look like they’re getting into it, but the camera work and editing hold every scene back. It focuses on close-ups so much that there are times when I wasn’t even sure who was fucking who and how! The segments also get so long that some of the scenes become downright boring due to a poor camera angle that’s held too long. Perverted Stories 10 has a lot of potential, and almost every bit of it gets wasted.

Rent this one first. There’s only one really enjoyable scene here, namely Tricia Devereaux’s opening, and even that one’s faulty. The technical aspects leave a bit to be desired and there isn’t much worth mentioning for extras.

Note to JM Productions: A little more care for your overall DVDs would go a long way. So would competent editing.
