Initial Expectations: Pandora has been putting a lot of care in their DVDs have impressed me with every one of their releases. It’s not possible for me to not have high expectations for any of their releases.

Initial Reaction: It makes me wish I was a lesbian.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody who likes all girl action with great chemistry

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who thinks all girl action is supposed to be boring or extremely nasty

Audio /Video Quality: The audio is a bit on the soft side, but is nicely balanced and not so bad that it’s at all distorted. The video is clear, but has some slight grain and pixelation through much of the feature. This gives the feature a film-like feel, but I don’t think it was shot on film or intended to look as if it was. There’s a little bit of shadow, but it seems very realistic and rarely interferes with the action. Overall, it’s about the same technical quality as the rest of Pandora’s features.

Music: The music is very soft and rests so low in the background that at times you don’t even know it’s there. Much of it is a techno style, but there’s a bit of classical and country also.

Menus: The main menu is extremely simple and doesn’t even have any animation. The chapter menu is much the same, and lets you choose a scene based on a scene number and a still from the scene.

The Feature: Pandora’s Box goes with a very simple idea. Start with five babes who like babes. Have them give you a list of other babes they want to work with, and then put them together in a scene with somebody from their list. There’s no real lead-in to any of the scenes, just a little break between them that only lasts a second or two.

Cute bleached blonde Julie Robbins starts things off with brunette Victoria Givens. They warm each other up gently for a few minutes when they get in the hotel room, and the quickly head for the bedroom where they quickly more into a sixty nine. They take turns sitting on each others’ face and move onto grinding gashes. Finally, Julie fingers Victoria until she squirts. Unlike many other squirting scenes, there isn’t really any doubt on where the squirting comes form here, and Julie gives a great look of satisfaction on taking Victoria to a wet finish. It’s a pretty good scene with nice chemistry that gets things started nice and slow, as well as a great ending to an opening scene.

Kylie Ireland, who’s been one of my favorite stars since I first saw her, starts off the next scene kissing dark haired Logan LaBrent, who’s heavily tattooed and heavily implanted, in the kitchen. They show each other their big fat titties, which gets Kylie’s engine going even faster and apparently gives Kylie the encouragement she needs to hop up on the kitchen counter to let Logan lap her pussy. A blind man could see how much Kylie’s getting into Logan’s labia lapping, and Kylie adds the fun of whipped cream when she repays Logan’s attention. The girls also play a bit with an unpeeled banana, which Kylie takes in her snatch for a few strokes when Logan wants another taste of her twat. It’s an extremely hot scene with great chemistry and nice energy. It has a realistic feel to it that’s different from many other scenes, and although it’s got great chemistry, the energy isn’t completely overdone. It’s the chemistry that makes this one as hot as it is.

August, a small breasted redhead makes her adult film debut with Kelly Fire, an implanted woman with chestnut hair, as they head to the bedroom for the next scene. They play lightly with each other before Kelly dives into August’s fire down below. August doesn’t get much of a warmup before she’s sampling Kelly’s holes while Kelly pulls her leg behind her head. August also breaks out a good sized dildo to work Kelly’s ass over with. Kelly appears to love having the toy in her ass, and continues to fuck herself with it while riding August’s face. August’s ass gets its turn next, as Kelly uses a small toy on it, before they leave the toys aside and work on each other with their tongue and fingers. It’s another extremely hot scene where it’s obvious that both girls are completely into each other. I didn’t want to take a break after watching theses couple scenes, and in retaliation my body reduced itself to a near caveman state where all I was able to do was grunt “Astro like!!!!” and continue watching.

Keri Windsor brings Kaylynn back to her place for a little fun after being at the bars. After some very fun flirting back and forth, Keri works her way across Kaylynn’s feet, down her legs, and into her goodie box. She works Kaylynn’s pussy over with her tongue (which I suspect tasted Kaylynn’s tonsils more than once), fingers, and a toy before hopping on Kaylynn for a little returned affection. Kaylynn gently warms Keri up and then goes to town on her with a strap-on. Kaylynn really gets into fucking Keri, and it leads to a couple very intense orgasms as well as a marriage proposal. It’s an extremely hot and very fun scene, and amazingly, Kaylynn and Keri’s tongue didn’t get tied together in a knot.

Finally, two of the standards of the industry, namely Nina Hartley and Tina Tyler, team up. After discussing problems across a bar, they kiss and Nina slowly strips for Tina. She climbs on the bar for Tina to lick her and run her fingers over her body before Tina finally takes her top off to rub her tit in Nina’s pussy and lick it a bit more. The ladies, finally end things sixty-nining and kissing before joking about moving in together. It’s a very slow and fairly subdued scene, but every bit as hot as the other scenes (which is to be expected with performers of this caliber).

Pandora’s Box is one of the best all girl features I’ve seen. The chemistry in each scene is great, and lifts it past almost all of its competition. There’s some nice variety to the scenes, with some keeping things natural and others going for heavy toy usage. The variety makes it hard for me to single out any one scene as being a favorite or best scene in the feature, especially with the amazing chemistry in each of the scenes. If this is the kind of trouble you get opening Pandora’s Box, I hope somebody sticks gum in the lock so that it never closes.

Extras: Trailers are included for Affliction, Girl Show, Girl Show 2, and Tina Tyler’s Going Down. Of course there’s company information, but surprisingly there isn’t a photo gallery. Instead there’s an eleven minute bonus scene of Julie Robbins stopping by the Pandora office. Julie’s a nice looking dirty blonde with a great body and nice tan lines who apparently likes to touch herself. It’s a nice coincidence, since I like to watch women touching themselves. Julie plays to the camera nicely here and there, but mostly gives what feels like a nicely realistic take on female masturbation. There aren’t any toys used here, but the scene never feels like it’s lacking for missing them. The only complaint I can have about the scene is there’s a few too many soft focus blurs, which is something I’m guessing might be due to the autofocus on the camera from where and how they occur. If this is anything close to an average day at the Pandora office, I’m surprised that they get any work done, and it also makes me wonder if Julie knows that I have an office too.

The main extra is the almost thirty four minute behind the scenes featurette, which is a nice mix of things surrounding the making of the movie. Interviews are included with Julie Robbins, Keri Windsor, Nina Hartley, Victoria Givens, and August on the set. There’s also a few shots of the scenes being shot, as well as what’s happening between shots. Things aren’t limited to the set, as there’s also footage of the tantalizing Tina Tyler interviewing Kaylynn at the AVN Adult Expo as well as Tina talking with one of the long-haired-hippie-freak looking owners of Pandora. I guess with the artistic nature of many of Pandora’s features (especially since they know how to do artistic right) a little eccentricity and long hair is to be expected. Pandora also shows a nice bit of extra care during the featurette, and lets you know who each of the stars is as they take the screen. It’s a very well done behind the scenes, and definitely makes this a better DVD.

Overall: Currently, most Pandora Bazaar DVDs can be found online for between $16 and $25 with quite a few stores offering them under $20. If you’re a fan of all girl sex, buy this one NOW! It’s extremely hot and has great chemistry in all of the scenes. The transfer lacks very slightly, but there’s some nice extras.

Note to Pandora Bazaar: The bonus scene was a great extra, and I hope we see more like it in the future. I also hope to see you correcting some of the minor video problems with your features.
