Nikita X: Licence to Fuck [sic] is a Spanish adult feature movie from writer and director Conrad Son. Nikita X: Licence to Fuck is an adult version of Luc Besson's 1990 film La Femme Nikita — although Americans may be more familiar with Point of No Return, the 1993 remake by John Badham.

Nikita X: Licence to Fuck keeps the same basic story concept as La Femme Nikita had. Nikita (Tavalia Griffin), who has a criminal past, works at a car dealership where she stabs a mob member who tries to rape her. She flees and is caught by the police who offer to turn her into a K agent — a professional killer. If she is successful in three missions as a K agent, she will be relocated and free from obligation to the police.

Nikita X: Licence to Fuck comes across as a rather cheap adult film, which is unfortunate. There was some effort put into the film. The movie was shot in some good locations. However, the story is heavily lacking depending on the sex to carry the movie, not the plot. The sex scenes themselves are uninspired. Most of the sex scenes seem forced into the movie, rather than occurring naturally within the plot.

Nikita X: Licence to Fuck is poorly shot and edited even worse. There is some “flashy” editing for the sex scenes that includes fades and slow motion, which honestly just kills any heat that the sex scenes try to generate. There is synthesized music over all of the sex scenes — as well as being over some of the dialog. The mission graphics that are put on the screen also look very cheap and bring down the quality of the movie.

The initial concept behind Nikita X: Licence to Fuck could have made for a good adult movie. However, the actualization by Conrad Son is not a good adult movie. It comes across as rushed with an unfinished story, and attempts at flashy editing to hide the flaws within the movie. Nikita X: Licence to Fuck is an easy movie to skip.

Goldlight has done an acceptable job with their DVD release of Nikita X: Licence to Fuck. Nikita X: Licence to Fuck appears to have been shot on video and Goldlight has clearly used a video master for this release. Nikita X: Licence to Fuck is presented in the academy aspect ratio of 1.33:1 in 480i. There are glitches in the video and the color is washed out in some areas. The video quality is acceptable but nothing great.

Nikita X: Licence to Fuck is presented with a Spanish Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo audio track, which works for the material presented in the movie. There wasn't any noticeable issues with the audio. There are also dubbed English, German, and French Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo audio tracks and Portuguese subtitles on the release. Unfortunately, there aren't English subtitles to allow the viewer to watch the movie with the original Spanish audio unless they understand the Spanish language. The dialog is clear and easy to understand when there isn't music over it.

The only extras that Goldlight has included on their release for Nikita X: Licence to Fuck are the trailer for the movie and a photo gallery.

Nikita X: Licence to Fuck [sic] is a Spanish adult movie that borrows its story from La Femme Nikita. However, the story in the movie was poorly put together and can't carry the movie and the sex scenes are hampered with flashy editing techniques that just get in the way of what is going on. Overall, Nikita X: Licence to Fuck can be chalked up as just another poor adult movie. Goldlight has done an acceptable job with their DVD release of Nikita X: Licence to Fuck with acceptable video quality and acceptable audio quality.
