Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very well done. The audio is clear and well balanced, and even had a background noise or two that seemed very realistic for the situations. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks great. There's very nice care put into the lighting, with some great use of shadows in the final scene, as well as clear with a smooth hand on the camera.

The Movie: Dale and Jessie have a nice life in the suburbs with Dale making a good living that seems like it can somehow support Jessie's shopping addiction. When new neighbors Lily and Richie move in across the street, Jessie seem like a great fit for the neighborhood. Dale, however, quickly recognizes Lily as a blast from a past that he thought he had left behind, and quickly learns that Lily is there to draw him back with plans of her own.

Dale decides that work can wait a little so he can make love to his lovely brunette wife Jessie. He kisses her and runs his hands around her body before worshiping it with his kisses. The pace of the movie is pretty well done, but a little more time between Richie and Jessie to set things up there would have been nice. The sex also works very well. It's all very couples friendly, but there's great chemistry in each scene and the action is all very well captured. Once again Lily comes across very well as the crazy bitch, and puts out a nice touch of intensity to start each of her scenes before turning out one heck of a great fuck. I also love the darker lighting in the final scene between her and Dale, as it seems perfect for how torn Dale is as he gives in to her. Jessie is as vocal as ever in her scenes, and as usual looks to completely let her sexuality out. Although it could have used a few more minutes to set things up in the middle of the movie, The Neighbors is a very impressive adult feature that I can't help but highly recommend.

Note to Sweet Sinner: You did a great job with this movie, but it's too bad you didn't put any effort into the extras. If you're going to end a movie with “To Be Continued”, it would also be nice if you'd continue the story in the next installment of the series.
