Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects are above average. The audio is decently balanced and clear for the most part, but there are quite a few areas where some of the dialogue is a little murky. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks pretty good. There's a hint of softness to it along with some lighting imbalances angles which sometimes seem a bit limited to hold it back slightly.
The Movie:

Although some of the themes might be a bit of a surprise, it's not a surprise that Jodi West still does a very nice job with it. The seduction setups are normally nicely done and fun with the cast playing into it all very well. Shay starts things out nicely talking about Rion as a kid in her yard to give it a bit of a kinky start and then does a very nice job sucking and fucking him. Jodi is every bit as solid as always, and I love how she and Cherie share Damon one after the other. Cherie is also every bit as solid as always, and it's a very tough call between her and Jodi on who had my favorite scene in the movie. Unfortunately the movie takes a step back by inserting a bonus scene between Angie and T. Stone here, and although it's not a bad scene I do think it's a horrible idea to put a bonus scene in the middle of a movie. There's nothing wrong with bonus scenes, but putting them in the middle of the movie just seems like a very deceptive and dishonest way to make the overall release look longer. Finally there's Desi and Tony, with Desi turning out a nicely solid fuck to wrap things up. From start to finish the cast does a very nice job both acting and fucking, but the action is held back a little by camera work and editing that seem just a little on the rough side. There's a lot of angles I wanted to see changed very slightly and very noticeable lighting imbalances when shots switched from one camera to the other. These are little things, but they're common enough through the movie that they do hold it back a little. Neighborhood Moms Down to Fuck is a fun little MILF fuck flick that's worth the rental.

That said, putting them in the middle of the new movie seems like a cheap-ass and deceptive way to pad the time of your features. Please just include them as an extra like you did with Jodi, Jade, and Damon's scene on this release.
