Initial Expectations: Although I haven’t heard too much good about Jill Kelly Productions’ features lately, with Skye Blue behind the camera and this group of ladies in front of it I can’t help but have some hope here!

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are nicely handled. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I don’t think I heard a single background noise throughout the entire feature. The video is just as good. It has a slightly soft feeling, but that’s the only complaint I can make about it. The soft feeling is even throughout the entire feature and it’s all well lit. It’s been quite a while since I watched a JKP feature, and I sure as heck don’t remember them looking and sounding this good!

Music: The music is a bit loud, but nicely done. It’s soft feeling and sexy, and works for almost every scene.

Menus: The main menu is pretty good. It’s not anything highly animated or complex, but it’s pleasing to the eye and nicely arranged. The chapter menu is also quite simple, and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene.

The Feature

Sometimes it doesn’t take much of anything to be the focus of a porn movie. In this case, it’s something very simple, the color pink. It seems like it should say it all for an all girl movie, but with Skye Blue behind the camera, many of the aspects you might think of are explored through the five scenes in the movie and a bit of narration by Jenna Haze.

Scene 1 - Jenna Haze, Ashley Blue, and Ashton Moore

Naughty Pink starts things off with the girls playing in a hot tub with a few balls and squirt guns. The girls team up on Ashley with their guns, with Ashley quickly moving to Ashley’s tits while Jenna pulls out Ashley’s bottom to squirt her gun down it before they start kissing and seriously groping each other. Ashley gets between Jenna and Ashton for some heavy tongue and finger action before Jenna breaks out a jelly dong to fuck her with. Ashton gets in the middle next, and lets Jenna sit on her face while Ashley fucks her with the dildo, as well as letting Ashley eat her ass and work on it with a toy. Finally, Jenna gets her turn, and lets Ashley fuck her with a pink dildo until the scene fades out with Jenna looking like she might have just had an orgasm.

This is a pretty good scene. It moves a bit slow, but the girls have nice chemistry together. My main complaint here is that for “nasty pink”, it seems extremely tame. Yes, there’s a little trash talking, but there’s barely any rimming or anal action, and even that is just for Ashton. Ashley has shown herself to be one of the nastiest girls out there, and Jenna was no slouch either in some of her performances for Jules Jordan, so it seems very odd that Ashton’s the nasty girl in this scene. Of course, it seems even more odd that Ashton’s nastiness is nothing compared to what I’ve seen from the other girls.

Scene 2 - Stormy, Jessica Drake, and T. J. Hotspot

Romantic Pink is next, as T. J. and Jessica work roses around Stormy’s hot body on a staircase. The girls lap it up as they switch around who gets to be in the middle, and even team up on T. J. so that she can get both her holes pleasured at the same time after they drive Jessica wild. Stormy gets a little double vibrator treatment, so that she can have one inside her and one on her clit, before Jessica drops a few more rose petals on her.

This scene did it for me while also failing for me. Something about this scene didn’t do anything for me, while at the same time it had everything it should. There’s excellent chemistry between the girls and they’re all obviously having a great time. There’s plenty of smiles from Jessica and Stormy, and you can see that they’re doing everything they can to drive the other wild and succeeding at it. I’m not sure what the heck didn’t let this scene work for me, as I really like most everything I saw in it. As time went on, however, this scene grew more and more fond in my head.

Scene 3 - Jenna Haze, Michelle Lay, and Auston O’Riley

Punky Pink puts the girls in a pajama party with Austin and Michelle starting things out working on Jenna’s feet. Jenna attacks Austin’s perky pierced nipples before the girls break out a little lotion to work into Jenna’s sweet little body and to get kiss a little. Austin dives into Jenna’s muff while Michelle watches and plays around a little. The girls team up on Jenna with a pair of vibes for her pussy before Jenna goes to work on them with a fingers and then slides a double dong between them and spanking each of their asses. Finally, Jenna pulls the double dong out to suck it clean and spank them with before it fades out.

This scene came out as pretty average to me. I was really looking forward to this one after watching a bit of Michelle Lay’s other work, and it seems pretty obvious that this was one of her first scenes. She seems a bit lost early on in the scene, with Jenna and Austin having no problem shoving her to the background even when she’s right up front. For the rest of the scene, the girls look to be going through the motions very well, but there doesn’t seem to be much depth to it.

Scene 4 - Jenna Haze and Hunter Young

Pretty In Pink puts Jenna and Hunter in bright pink wigs and light pink bodysuits with bits cut out so they can get at each other’s goodies. They dance around and play with each other a little before Hunter goes down on Jenna. She breaks out a dildo to work her over with before letting Jenna return the favor. They finish things up with a bit of sixty-nining before kissing each other goodbye.

This scene kind of lost me from the start. It came off as a little too artistic, and wasn’t at all what I was in the mood for. Once again there’s nice chemistry and energy between the girls, and they both look like they’re having fun. I’m sure plenty of lesbian action fans will enjoy this scene, but it just didn’t work for me.

Scene 5 - Ashton Moore and Crystal Carter

Pretty in Naughty Pink finishes things up as Ashton and Crystal share a bubble bath. As soon as Ashton gets in the tub Crystal goes to work on her twat with her tongue and fingers. She adds a jelly dildo for Ashton’s pussy and a tongue for her ass before Ashton leads her to the edge of the tub so she can work Crystal over in reciprocation. Ashton dives into Crystal’s pussy so fast you’d think she had a wetsuit, SCUBA mask, and a mining helmet. She fucks Crystal with a double dildo before joining her on the other end. Finally, Crystal sucks Ashton’s juices off the dildo before Ashton joins her on the other end.

This is a hot scene. Crystal really looks like she enjoys muff diving, but Ashton overdoes things a little early on, such as when she goes into a moaning frenzy as Crystal takes off her panties. That, however, is my only complaint about this scene! Crystal and Ashton have great chemistry, and really look to be into each other. They make the scene fun and hot, and definitely finished the movie on a high note for me!

Naughty Pink is a nicely done lesbian feature that far exceeded my expectations. I fully expected something soft and tame, and although Naughty Pink was fairly soft and tame, it had much more soul than I would have dreamed of it having. The chemistry in each of the scenes is great, and every girl looks like she’s having a lot of fun. There were a couple of the scenes that didn’t do it much for me, but in this case I’m more than willing to admit that the problem was probably on my end rather than on anything Skye Blue or the girls did. My only complaint here is that with a title like Naughty Pink, there’s very little that seems overly naughty. Outside of the first scene there’s no anal, and there’s barely even any rimming. A bit of fetishwear and a light B&D feel might have been nice here, but that’s also missing. That said, the title of Naughty Pink just might be its biggest problem as it sets some of us up for something that the movie never quite delivers.

The Extra Stuff

When it comes to extras, Naughty Pink has me scratching my head. There’s two behind the scenes featurettes, neither of which are for Naughty Pink, as well as five photo galleries, one of which is actually for Naughty Pink. The Naughty Pink photo gallery runs nearly seven minutes with about five seconds per very nice looking photo, while the photo galleries for Adult Movie and 100% Haven run about three minutes, Blonde on Blonde runs about five minutes, and Raw Sex runs almost seven minutes. Although this is a nice spread of extras, I can’t help but wonder why Jill Kelly Productions didn’t put a bit more effort into extras tailored for this release or even moreso wondering what Jill Kelly Productions DVDs I have to pick up to see them.

The first behind the scenes featurette is for 100% Jill, and runs about ten minutes. You get a bit of sex being shot, and plenty of what goes on behind the scenes. With Anthony Crane and Randy Spears around there’s some nice humor, and Jill Kelly shows off a nice sense of humor as well. There’s also a bit of Sky Blue around the set, and it all combines to make a very nice behind the scenes featurette.

The second behind the scenes featurette is from Perfect Pink 7 and lasts about eight and a half minutes. Although there are a few short interviews, a little bit of the sex scenes being shot, and a bit of fun on the set, most of the featurette focuses on this episode having the first anal between then husband and wife Julian and Jill Kelly (respectively). It’s a nice little behind the scenes featurette, but nothing overly interesting or wild.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many Jill Kelly Productions DVDs can be found online for between $14 and $25 with most stores offering them for under $20. This is a pretty good buy here if you like artistic lesbian action. The scenes have a little variety, the technical aspects are nicely done, and there’s even some decent extras, although they don’t really fit the feature.

Note to Jill Kelly Productions: Please make your extras fit the movie that’s on the DVD. As is, it seems kind of a hodgepodge, especially when you have credits for the behind the scenes cameraman in the movie credits.
