Synopsis:
This is another entry in Digital Sin's long-running vignette series featuring college girls in sexual escapades.

Audio/Video:
Naughty College School Girls 28 is presented with an English 2.0 Stereo track, which is acceptable, but nothing more. The audio presentation is very raw sounding with higher and lower pitched sounds and voices having distinct problems. The high and low tones break up at the extremity point causing the audio to sound very poor. I'm not sure why Digital Sin didn't clean up the audio for a more professional sounding production. The dialog is clear and easy to hear at all times during the film. Digital Sin hasn't included any foreign language tracks or subtitle options for the film.

Naughty College School Girls 28 is presented in the full screen aspect of 1.33:1, which is the original aspect ratio for the film. The picture quality, although better than the sound, leaves a little to be desired. The picture itself is soft, so although the picture is clear, it could be much sharper with better edge definition. There are also occasional streaks in the film, which could have either been due to some poor lighting/camera work or could have been a problem with the master. The color levels are correctly set giving an overall decent picture quality, but from a new production I expect a little better.

Special Features:
This disc is rather bare bones with only two extras on the disc. The first one is a photo gallery, which contains 31 stills that you flip through. The other extra included on the disc are 33 trailers for other Digital Sin and New Sensations titles broken up by feature film, My Plaything, and All Sex categories.

Navigation:
There are twelve chapters available from the main menu for Naughty College School Girls 28. They are identified by a video clip from where the chapter goes to. Unfortunately, the chapters don't line up right with the beginning of the action so this method of navigation is bound to frustrate some viewers. There is a time code for the feature film encoded on the disc.

General Review:
From all aspects, Naughty College School Girls 28 looks like it was a rush job. As mentioned in an earlier section, the audio and video qualities are lacking from the standard Digital Sin quality level and unfortunately, so are the production levels of the film itself. The vignette stories are incredibly weak in this entry, not that they have ever been incredibly strong in any entry of the series, but they seem especially lackluster here. Anyone who is looking for a real collegiate theme will be sorely disappointed here as besides a vague mention of the girl being either college age or being in college, there is no association with them being college school girls.

The first set up with Ashley Blue and Julian has Ashley as a babysitter who is going to be babysitting for Julian for the first time. The second set up with Mandy Lee and Lee Stone has Lee Stone as a personal exercise trainer that Mandy can't afford. The third set up with Lisa Marie and Julian has Lisa Marie going door to door selling cookies to raise money for cheerleader uniforms. The fourth set up with Alexis Malone and Ben English has Alexis being jubilant about Ben's return from a business trip. And the last set up with Amee Donovan and Julian has Amee visiting psychiatrist Julian who fantasizes about her.

I found all of these set ups to be hugely disappointing, I wish a little more work had gone into making them as this film as it is here, would have been better off dropping the set ups entirely and just being an all sex film. The set ups aren't the only disappointing aspect of the film either. The sets are all seriously lacking as well. The essentially bare sets, only include any object necessary for the short set up and as a result don't look realistic at all and give the film more of a rushed look. As a result, they do the film more harm than good.

The females are good looking and the males aren't bad either. I don't like the overuse of Julian by putting him in three separate scenes though as this does nothing but add to the rushed look of the film. The sex scenes look good and like previous entries in the series are tame making this film a decent watch for viewers who don't like nastier sex. An aspect that I don't like to the sex scenes is that they jump right into the sex for the most part. The only one that tries to give a decent tease at the beginning is the first scene with Ashley Blue and Julian. The theme in the film is barely legal sex and the sexual themes in the film are vaginal sex with blow jobs, pussy eating (male to female), pussy fingering (male to female), and PTM. Viewers that care about condom use will be happy to know that there are no condoms used in the film.

The Scenes:
The first scene brings us Ashley Blue with Julian for a scene that starts out with a blow job before going into a blow job and pussy eating combo. The scene ends with some vaginal sex. The second scene features Mandy Lee with Lee Stone for a scene that starts out with a blow job before going into the pussy eating. The scene concludes with some vaginal sex. The third scene gives us Lisa Marie with Julian for a scene that starts out with a blow job. The scene ends with some vaginal sex.

The fourth scene brings us Alexis Malone with Ben English and starts out with some pussy eating before going into some pussy fingering. The scene then features a blow job before concluding with some vaginal sex. The fifth and final scene in the film features Amee Donovan with Julian and starts out with a blow job. The scene and the film conclude with some vaginal sex.

Parting Thoughts:
Naughty College School Girls 28 appears to be a rush job that doesn't excel at any aspect. Viewers that are looking for a college theme film will be disappointed by the vignette set ups and viewers that are looking for nastier sex will be disappointed by the sex scenes. Viewers that like all sex tamer sex films will get the most out of this film, but I highly recommend that you give the film a rental before you purchase it.
