Synopsis:
An all sex adult film with short vignettes regarding promiscuous school girls and their sexual encounters.

Video/Audio:
Naughty College School Girls 21 is presented in the full screen aspect ratio, 1.33:1, which I expect is the original aspect ratio for the film. The picture is clear and crisp with the color levels perfectly set. Again, a nice video transfer from New Sensations.

The available audio track is an English 2.0 Stereo track which is more than adequate for the material being presented here. The audio levels are correctly balanced here giving a good viewing experience. With my past experience with the Naughty College School Girls series, the audio was way off balance with the set ups being very quiet and the sex portion being very loud. This is not the case here. A good fix on the part of New Sensations. The dialog is clear and able to be heard at all times. No other language tracks are present and no subtitle options are available.

Chapters/Time Code:
There are 12 chapters available from the main menu for Naughty College School Girls 21. Each of them is identified by a video clip of the scene that they go to. Instead of having just a chapter per scene, Digital Sin has broken up the scenes a little. The first chapter for each scene though goes into the actual scene instead of the beginning, which makes them a little less useful. It also would have been nice if the scenes had also been identified by the cast in the scene on the chapter menu as well. There is a time code for the feature film, so time searching is available.

Special Features:
Although at first glance it appears that Digital Sin has nicely filled this disc with extras, but several of them are repeats from previous New Sensations discs so they offer viewers of the previous discs little benefit and most of the rest really have nothing to do with the feature film. The end result is that this release is really lacking in the extras department. Up first is the Photo Gallery, which is the only extra here that actually has anything to do with the feature film. There are 34 stills from the film that you have to flip through included in the photo gallery. The rest of the extras rounding out the first side of the disc are the Company Info, which is just the street address of Digital Sin, and NS Web, which is a short advert for New Sensations web site.

On the flip side of the disc are 30 Previews for other titles from Digital Sin. The previews are arranged by category and series and offer the box cover for the film that you click on to see the preview. I believe these are the exact same previews that were located on the disc for volume 20 of this series. There are also Interviews with Bridgette, Lisa, Jewel De'Nyle, Kate, Mariah, Vanity, Vanity, Jewel, Taylor, Lisa Romero and Hunter. The interviews are short and also contain a short masturbation scene with the star. As with the previews, these are the same interviews/masturbation scenes that appeared on volume 20 of this series.

Review:
First off, although there are set ups to each scene, this is not a plot based adult film, so viewers who like a plot with their adult fun will probably not find enough substance here to satisfy them. On the other hand, viewers who hate a plot should have no problems with this film since the set ups are so short. This time around the set ups seem incredibly cheesy, more so than in the last volume. Maybe they aren't, maybe they are, it's hard to tell as this film didn't do as much for me as the previous one. Just bear in mind there are moments when you'll think to yourself, “You've got to be kidding me.” Then again, adult films are filled with those moments, so it may not bother that many viewers. Viewers who could care less about the brief non sex portions shouldn't be bothered by this as they will inevitably be fast forwarding over this portion anyway.

The set ups themselves quickly denote that the females are college school girls via quick part portions where the extent of the scene is, “Your failing class,” or just due to the fact that the female is wearing a plaid skirt. I'm not sure when just the presence of a plaid skirt indicated that a female was a college school girl. I know I don't remember the female population of the college I went to parading around in plaid skirts. Don't think that I mind this costuming choice as I do find the plaid skirt and white shirt erotic on the female body for some unexplained reason. I'm just questioning the universal connotation in this film that a plaid skirt automatically makes a female a college school girl. Maybe a more fitting title for the film would have been Females in Plaid Skirts Have Sex 21.

One of the problems I had with this film was that instead of resembling college school girls, for the most part, the female cast here just came off as whorish. I don't want people here making the wrong assumption that I am denoting the female cast as whores, as I am not. But the characters that they played more resembled women of the night then school girls, which ruined part of the fantasy theme of the film.

As for the girls in the film themselves, they are a mixed bunch. Some, Desert Rose for instance, I found to be extremely attractive girls who held my interest from their entrance all the way to the cum shot. Others, I shall not insert names since I don't want to make any one of them feel too bad, just didn't to it for me. I'm not exactly sure why, as no female cast member was hideously unattractive, but for some reason I can't put my finger on, some of them weren't right. The males on average do a good job but one I have to comment on is Mario, who seems to have a problem with weak cum shots. He struggles to drop his load and then out pops a fly speck, which is very unspectacular. He ends up making the act appear as fun as cleaning a toilet. Porn stars may not have to act, but they should at least be able to shoot a decent load.

As for the sex scenes themselves, they are tame, which some viewers won't like. Myself, I have no problem with a tame scene, so this didn't ruin the film for me but I don't want viewers who are bored with tame scenes wasting their money on this one. Some of the scenes are really well done, again here Desert Rose's scene stands as a prime example of a great scene. She gives a wonderful semi-hands free blow job that just makes the scene and has great energy throughout it. Unfortunately, her scene is of the minority and most of the sex scenes are average at best. The sex itself often becomes formulaic and although the majority of the female cast exhibits great energy the similar scenes lose interest. On a positive note, there is nothing in this film that would disturb couples viewers. The sexual themes in the film are oral and vaginal sex with titty fucking, fingering, semi-hands free blow job and female masturbation. For viewers who care about such things, some scenes in the film have condoms and others don't.

The biggest drawback in all of the sex scenes in this movie is that the fun of the previous volume is missing. Not that the previous volume was a showcase movie, but it was fun to watch. This movie loses that mood taking a movie that could have ended up above average and reducing it down to a good effort, but a below average movie.

The Money Shot:
Viewers who like tame sex, couples and those who enjoy a collegiate theme, may extract some pleasure from this film. Those who are fans of Desert Rose will definitely want to, at the least, give this film a rental since she gives a wonderful sexual performance here. Viewers who like nasty films or like a plot to hold together their sex scenes will find this film an easy one to pass on. If you are interested in purchasing this film I heartily recommend giving the film a rental first so you don't end up wasting your money.
