Opinion

A note for anyone interested. This came up on the forum recently--I mentioned that I watch these things to write reviews, I just watch it and take notes (how long it is, who's in which scene, etc.). The exception has been most Kelly Madison videos, which I watch with my pants off. Then it turned out I wasn't going to get any work done, so I'm typing this now fully clothed. Hope you didn't just have a big lunch when you read this.

The Natty Knockers series is, like most KM videos, a set of three-somes between Kelly, her husband Ryan, and a guest star. Natty Knockers means that the guests are all naturally big-boobed, though nobody quite surpasses Kelly's massive pair. The "feature" part is four videos, and since the whole thing is about 3 hours, each scene is at least half-an-hour long, so there's plenty of action.

Scene 1, "the White Room", is the exception. The White Room series appears to be simple MF scenes between Ryan and the guest. All the others are three-somes including Kelly.

Scene 3, "Welcome Home," appears to be a parody of Gilfriends Films "Pin-up Girls" series, except that this one is MFF and Pin-up Girls is lesbian. Still, it's fun to see Kelly and Beverly Paige in old-style lingerie.

One of the things I like about Kelly Madison videos is that it doesn't look like a day at the office (even though Scene 4 is a parody of "The Office"). Kelly's the naturally huge-breasted, blonde force-of-nature who looks like she could be incredible fun and ferociously hell-on-wheels within seconds of each other. Her videos have a free-wheeling, goofy humor that looks natural here but looks forced when other people do it. It reminds me of Louis C.K.'s tv sitcom, Lucky Louis: it was blue-collar and rough and crude, but it wasn't dumb. Kelly, Ryan, and the guest performers always look like they're having a great time, and not just putting on a show.

Unlike Natty Knockers 2, which was on a single disc, this one's spread across two DVDs; the first has the feature and the second has everything else: BTS, two photo galleries and the usual advertisements. Due to the nature of KM videos, it can be difficult to tell why some things ended up on the BTS and not in the feature, and vice versa (which is a lot of the charm of KM videos), plus it makes the BTS stuff a lot more fun to watch and strokable in their own right.

This time we also get "Q&A" content, which looks like a screen print from a website and doesn't really translate here. But they make up for it with two excellent photo galleries--photo galleries done right: high quality photos, many of them, and no studio/website stamps all over them. Plus they added a non-annoying-music track behind them. Someone there has good taste in music.

The production values are excellent: video is sharp, clean and clear even when it isn't so flattering to the performers. The audio is great. The DVD is a model of how they should be made everywhere: the menuing is simple and clear, and there are a ton of chapter-stops so you can skip back and forth to what you want.

Overall, I love these things. There's plenty of sex, it doesn't take itself seriously, and the whole thing looks realistic. The performers look they're actually enjoying what they're doing, rather than just putting in a day's work to pay the rent; it looks like what they'd be doing anyway on their days off. And there's plenty of it. This DVD set is as amply endowed as Kelly herself.
