Initial Expectations: This entire series has been less than impressive. I’m not expecting anything to change here.

Initial Reaction: This is one of the few movies which has made my cock talk to me. I hope I quote it right, because I’d hate to have it mad at me, but I think it said “Wake me when this one’s done.”.

Who Should Watch It : Fans of real twins

Who Should Avoid It: Fans of virtual sex features and anybody who wants what the cover advertises

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are okay. The audio is fairly well balanced, but there are a few background noises and several areas where you can hear the cameraman or director giving the cast directions. The video is about the same. It has a little grain to it, and the lighting varies as well. There’s also a fair amount of camera shakes, blurs, and other problems that have almost completely disappeared from the gonzo genre in the last couple years. Unlike most of the rest of this series I’ve watched, the video is actually presented in the full screen format rather than non-anamorphic widescreen.

Music: The only music is during the strip club portion, in which case it’s the only audio. It has a strip club joint feel to it, but at times like during the lap dance it would have been nice to have the girls talk a little to add to the tease.

False Advertising: The front cover claims Multi-Angle, Extremely Interactive, Sweet or Nasty, Personal Lap Dance, Strip Dance, Shot Exclusively for DVD, Point of View (P.O.V.), and Cum Shot at the Push of a Button. As usual, Anarchy doesn’t deliver on all of their claims. Once again, the DVD doesn’t have multi-angle capability, nor does it give you the ability to decide whether the girls are going to be sweet or nasty anywhere that I could find on the DVD. Because of this, I also find the claim of being extremely interactive laughable at the very best. The POV claim is partially true, but it isn’t through the entire feature. There’s more POV shots here than in your standard feature, but I doubt I’d know what the guy’s face or ass looked like if this was truly a POV feature. You also wouldn’t see the girl’s face or twat when she’s getting it reverse cowgirl style. Surprisingly, the rest of the claims are actually true. You do have the pop shot at the push of the button anytime the girls are doing something to you, and with the way the movie’s done I don’t doubt that it was shot just for DVD. Most amazing of all, there’s actually a sequence for both a strip club a lap dance, which makes this a first from what I’ve seen of this series. I’m deducting a full point from the overall score here due to the cover claims Anarchy didn’t meet.

Menus: The menus are decent. The main menu combines a still of the twins, animation, and a clip from the movie to give a good first impression. There’s also a basic menu to let you jump directly to a specific sex act to start the feature. During the action, you have a sex menu along the left side of the screen which allows you to jump to a different sex act whenever you choose.

The Feature

My Virtual Twins 2 brings back identical bleached blonde twins Sasha and Misha, the same twins from My Virtual Twins. They each have a fantastic body and aren’t afraid to put a little energy into their sex. Here they take on one guy and you get to control the action.

You have many of the usual virtual sex choices, as well as plenty of locations to choose from. For teasing, you head to the strip club where the girls will give you a pole dance, a pole strip, a lap dance, or a lap strip. They’ll even masturbate for you using a dildo or their fingers. For sex, the locations vary between a well, a castle, an apartment, and a backyard where the girls will suck your cock or let you eat their pussy. They’ll also let you nail them in missionary, doggie, and both standard cowgirl and reverse cowgirl. Finally, you can pop on their tits (with a real pop, no less) in each of the locations.

If that sounds like a lot, you’re right. There’s thirty six choices (including the four cumshots), and to cram them into sixty three minutes doesn’t even let you have an average of two minutes in for each act. It gets even worse in many places because three of the four strip club sequences last five minutes or longer, while other areas such as Misha’s backyard blowjob and cowgirl ride barely even last fifteen seconds. The action stays within the action rather than the area, and none of the segments loop, which gives things a very uneven feel and causes the entire feature to self destruct repeatedly.

If the choppy and uneven segments aren’t enough to kill this one, the camera work and overall design finish it off with the subtlety of using a daisy cutter to get rid of an anthill. The entire feature has the feeling that there were five different scenes with the twins which were then handed to a very skilled chef from a Japanese steakhouse. That chef is probably the most talented person associated with this production as there’s barely any fat on it and things are stir-fried together to the point that you’re never sure what you’re going to get. The only thing you can be really sure of is that you’re never going to taste anything for too long. You pick a position or sex act, and get Misha doing that act at one to three locations followed by Sasha doing that same act at one to three locations. As soon as that position or sex act finishes, you’re taken back to the sex menu listing all the acts which started things despite having a sex menu on the screen with the action. Even the individual scenes seem chopped up. The pussy licking and masturbation sequences happen at the same time as the fucking, but it just appears that the camera either panned over to the other twin for a little bit or there were two cameras being used to shoot the action. Regardless, it completely screws up the scene because you’re only shown half of it at a time, and you can’t easily jump between the two halves.

Perhaps the saddest thing is that the sex here had potential to be darn hot. You can tell that the girls are having fun, but the editing and overall design of the feature never let things build up enough to generate any heat. If Anarchy actually has the capability to put out a multi-angle DVD, which I doubt after seeing how many times they’ve claimed it without delivering, they could have really had something here. These scenes could have been put together with two or three angles to choose from, and I’m thinking three so that you can have an angle focusing on each of the twins as well as an angle to go all over the place. Do the scenes like a regular scene and let the viewer choose which angle they want to watch as they go through the four or five scenes. Something like that would seem like a great release for fans of the twins, and it seems like it would be easier to do than this while giving the viewer so much more.

My Virtual Twins 2 is a sequel that can be placed with sequels such as Troll 2. Just like the Troll movies, the first one wasn’t that great and the second lacked even more. Sadly, it shouldn’t have. It does show some thought and the girls all look to get into the action quite a bit. The problem is in the DVD design, which completely ruined everything. Everything flew past so fast that nothing had a chance to build up momentum, and because of it My Virtual Twins 2 is one of the worst entries in this series I’ve seen.

The Extra Stuff

The photo gallery contains about fifteen very nice looking snapshots. Trailers are included for nearly twenty of Anarchy’s other releases. There’s also a blooper reel, a featurette on the photo shoot, and web and mailing list information.

The blooper reel lasts roughly seven minutes. It’s as much behind the scenes as it is bloopers. You get to see the girls screwing around a bit, but you also get to see plenty of the scenes being shot while the girls are given some instructions as to how the director wants things. It’s a nice featurette, but it seems a bit mislabeled as a blooper reel.

The photo shoot featurette lasts roughly ten minutes. This one gives you just what you think it might, and because of it ends up being pretty boring. The girls stand there as the camera flashes as background noises drown out almost anything you might hear from the girls and the cameramen. It’s not much of a featurette, and I really can’t see many people watching it more than once.

The Down -n- Dirty Sex Stuff

Condom Usage: 100%, and some of them are so blindingly white that using them might have reduced the lighting budget

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many episodes in Anarchy’s My Virtual series can be found online for between about $10 and $20 with many stores offering them for around $15. If you want real twins I’d be tempted with this one at the low end, but I wouldn’t go much higher than that. The sex is good, but the virtual mechanism is extremely primitive and brings down the entire DVD. The technical aspects are okay and there’s some decent effort towards the extras.

Note to Anarchy Films: Although you’re improving on your cover claims, I really wonder how long it will take for porn fans who have picked up a couple of your DVDs to actually believe what you tell them on the cover.
