Initial Expectations: I haven’t heard much good about this series, and am a little leery. On the other hand, I really enjoyed the twins in Real Twins, which gives me some hope here.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty good. The audio is clear and well balanced, although the balance does falter slightly a time or two during the feature. You can also hear a couple minor comments from behind the camera and the audio gets a little fuzzy during a few segments. The is much the same. It’s nicely lit and clear for the most part, but the camera angles don’t always completely capture the girls. There’s also a few areas where the picture looks a bit fuzzy and the colors seem to come together.

Music: None

False Advertising: The cover stretches things quite a bit. To start with, the front cover advertises Multi-Angle and Point of View. I never found an alternate angle anywhere on the DVD, and the POV shots are mixed in with regular camera shots throughout the movie just as they are in any normal adult film. The back cover also talks about multiple camera angles as well as being able to Go in for the cum shot when you want it, and the cum shot isn’t available during the foreplay section, which includes the blowjob. I’m deducting a full point from the overall score because of this.

Menus: The menus are pretty good. The main menu has some nice animation which gives it a very nice first impression. It continues into the special features menu, which shows some nice care. There’s also nice looking submenus throughout the DVD.

The Feature

My Virtual Twins brings something so many men fantasize about to them in virtual form, a pair of young blonde twins. Sasha and Misha are identical bleached blonde twins with a fantastic body. Here they take on one guy and you get to control the action.

My Virtual Twins gives you most of the usual virtual sex choices. For foreplay, the girls tease you with their tits and ass, and work on their pussy with their fingers or a dildo. They’re even nice enough to team up on you for a blowjob. When it’s time to fuck, you can work the twins through doggie, missionary, and standard and reverse cowgirl.

You also have the option to do it nasty or nice. The girls appear to switch back and forth through both sections, so I really can’t say if one plays it nasty and one plays it nice or not. They’re just too close to tell and they do a good enough job that I don’t have the necessary blood above my shoulders. What I do know is that I didn’t really see any different between the two moods. The girls might be a little more vocal in the nasty mode, but I really didn’t see much difference.

One of the biggest differences between virtual sex releases are the pop shots, and there’s both good and bad news here. The good news is that Anarchy uses real pop shots rather than a pathetic computerized pop. Sadly, the pop shot sequences are very limited. In the Sweet mode one twin takes it on her tits and the other on her stomach. In the Nasty mode one takes a cream pie while the other takes it in her mouth and then they take a third pop at a different location on their tits and in the mouth. The sequences are very nicely done, but also a bit confusing due to having two different guys pop at the end of each scene. It also lacks a little because the pop shot sequences don’t correspond to each of the positions and just work in as being at the end of the scenes. The only thing which really stood out to me was the great cream pie, but I was also a little disappointed as I would have loved to see the twins swapping the pop in the mouth. At least the second mouth pop gets swallowed down.

The girls do a very nice job sexually. Of course they don’t really interact with each other, but they do show some nice teamwork. They look very into the sex and are vocal and energetic through it all. They even look like they get turned on watching their sister work on the guy and even team up on him while he’s fucking her sister. Sasha and Misha turn in great sexual performances, but that’s not quite enough to make this one work.

The camera work and editing style hold the scene back quite a bit. To start with, the camera is all over the place. I really like being able to see everything that’s going on in a sex scene, and the editing and camera work does a great job of this. Unfortunately, this isn’t the place for it. Things take another step down by having some sequences cut between two completely different locations and even have the girls in completely different outfits from sequence to sequence as well as in the same sequence. The camera work and editing here make the action feel like you’re watching a regular porn scene rather than a virtual scene, which normally means that you should be projecting yourself into the scenes. Sorry, but I don’t get that feeling when I have one twin riding the guy’s cock reverse cowgirl style and the other on his face with both of them looking forward and I’m seeing the front of both of them. “You” also get to see your ass while you fuck one twin’s pussy missionary style and play with the other as she sits back. In an alternate angle, such as the ones the cover advertises are on the DVD, these would be great, but as it’s done here it just brings things down by ruining the fantasy.

The problems continue with the setup of the virtual control. The choices are nicely off-color in the bottom left hand part of the screen, and thankfully don’t interfere with the action. Unfortunately, all they are is a fancy chapter menu. Most virtual sex features use loops for the segments, as you’re supposed to be in control of the action and unless you tell the girl to do something else she shouldn’t know to. Here the segments are just individual chapters in the feature which fade in and out at the start and end of the scene. This makes it a disappointment both on a virtual level as well as a standard porno level.

In the end, My Virtual Twins has the potential to be a great virtual release but shows that it doesn’t know how to get there. The twins and the guy do a great job sexually, and they’re the only ones who do a great job. The camera work and editing aren’t appropriate for a virtual release and leave it feeling slopped together. The really sad thing is that this had the potential to be a great release. If the action here would have been released as a standard porno where you get the transitions between positions, this would have been a very good release. My Virtual Twins had some great potential, but a lack of knowledge kept it from getting anywhere close to it.

The Extra Stuff

Trailers are included for ten of Anarchy’s other releases. The photo gallery contains nearly twenty nice looking photos. There’s also a behind the scenes featurette, an interview with the twins, web links, and DVD credits.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts almost twenty minutes. You get to follow the girls around London as well as watching them work their way through the photo shoot. It’s an okay featurette that shows you a little of the personality of the girls.

The interview with the twins lasts a little over two and a half minutes. They talk about teaming up on a guy, orgasms, London, and swearing. It’s a nice little interview that’s a lot of fun. The girls come across as having plenty of personality, and it makes this a very enjoyable interview.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many episodes in Anarchy’s My Virtual series can be found online for between about $10 and $20 with many stores offering them for around $15. If you’re a fan of twins you’ll probably enjoy this one, but I’d shoot for the low end because the virtual aspect leaves plenty to be desired. The technical aspects also vary a bit but there is a little effort put into the extras.

Note to Anarchy: Please watch your cover claims. You seem to be misleading consumers fairly regularly and once you get that kind of a reputation it’s hard for many people to get past it.
