Initial Expectations: This has been one of my favorite series from Naughty America. I can't help but have some good hope going into this one.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects don't quite make it to the average level. The audio is fairly clear, but there are a few hollow and muddy spots. There are not, however, any background noises to interfere with the action, which is always nice to hear. The video is presented in the full frame format, and is the main problem with the technical aspects. It's well lit and has smooth camera work, but there's also pixelation that ranges from barely noticeable at the best to rivaling the graphics on the original Nintendo system.

Disc Complaints: The authoring is a bit funky, which doesn't seem to be anything too unusual with Naughty America. Rather than having the entire movie on a title that makes it easy for viewers to skip to where ever they choose in the movie, which is extremely nice if you get tired of a scene and just want to jump ahead randomly or if you're viewing the movie later and want to go to a specific point in the movie, each scene has its own title, similar to how some studios run their TV shows on DVD. Needless to say, this makes the DVD extremely hard to navigate. Thankfully, it sounds like Naughty America is going to be improving their DVDs soon so this will hopefully be a thing of the past.

Menus: The main menu works through a little animation and few clips from the movie for a very good first impression that's a lot of fun and is a nice change from the standard main menu Naughty America has been using. The chapter menu is pretty good, and lets you choose a scene based on a still of each scene with the name(s) of the girl(s) in the scene.

The Feature

Anybody with a sister has thought about it. She has at least one hot friend, and there's no denying that you've thought about fucking her. Scene 4 – Paulina James, Victoria Sin, and Tommy Gunn

Even though it's a touch long, this is still a hot and fun scene that ends the movie on a high note.

This is another very nice Naughty America release. The lead-ins to the scenes sometimes take a few minutes, but they're always worthwhile with how much they help out the chemistry in each of the scenes. They also bring in a bit of humor some of the time, and with the girls there's some nice eye candy. The chemistry and fun feelings continue through each and every scene, with the action nicely mixing up couples and group scenes while bringing in some of the girl-on-girl action that seems fairly rare with Naughty America. I think Brooke Banner's scene might be my favorite in the movie here, but Mariah Milano, Rachel Roxxx, and Rachel Starr are right on her tail. The only thing that really didn't work for me here was covergirl Sarah Vandella. She's darn cute, but her prissy attitude didn't do anything for me and she looks a bit too generic with her hard tits and bottle blonde hair. That shouldn't be enough to stop anybody from checking out My Sister's Hot Friend 9, as the scenes are a lot of fun and have plenty of heat. This has been my favorite series from Naughty America, and there's nothing to change that as the series moves into its ninth installment.

Currently, most of Naughty America’s DVDs can be found online for between about $15 and $27 with most stores offering them under $20. This one's barely worth the low end. There's no extras, as usual with Naughty America, and the technical aspects are a bit weak, which is also getting to be usual with Naughty America. The scenes, however have great chemistry, a nice variety to the sex, and a fun spirit that's a welcome relief from the typical porno. If there was some effort put into the technical aspects and the extras, this could have been a very high rated DVD.

Note to Naughty America: I hope we start to see some of those extras you were talking about several months ago soon. I also hope you can do something about your video quality, as with how poor it gets in places with your recent releases you're going to loose some people.
