The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty good. The audio is clear and well balanced for the most part, but there are a few very noticeable background noises. The video is presented in the full frame format and looks nice. The camera work is smooth with well lit action, but there is a bit of noticeable pixelation throughout the movie.

Disc Complaints / Authoring Notes: The authoring is a bit funky, which doesn't seem to be anything too unusual with Naughty America. Rather than having the entire movie on a title that makes it easy for viewers to skip to where ever they choose in the movie, which is extremely nice if you get tired of a scene and just want to jump ahead randomly or if you're viewing the movie later and want to go to a specific point in the movie, each scene has its own title, similar to how some studios run their TV shows on DVD. Needless to say, this makes the DVD extremely hard to navigate.

Menus: The main menu nicely works from a little animation into a few clips from the movie and gives a decent first impression. The chapter menu also shows a touch of effort, and lets you choose a scene based on the name of the hot friend in each scene and a still. After you choose a girl you're given the choice of where you'd like to go in the scene sexually and a larger still of the girl.

My Sister's Hot Friend 15 is another very nice addition to a great series. The sex is fairly standard through the movie, but due to fun setups and a ton of chemistry there wasn't a single scene that disappointed me. There are a few standout scenes such as Penny Flame taking on Rocco Reed and Alanah Rae's scene with Christian, but there isn't a single scene that drops below the average mark. It doesn't hurt that the girls are all cute and the action is well captured, but the real thing that makes the movie (as well as the series) work is the sense of playfulness that shows up in every scene. Yes, there could be a little more variety to the scenes overall by mixing in a threesome or a little anal, but with how enjoyable the scenes are as is it's a pretty minor complaint. My Sister's Hot Friend 15 might not be anything wildly new or different, but it is another very solid and very enjoyable release

The Bottom Line:

Currently, most of Naughty America’s DVDs can be found online for between about $15 and $27 with most stores offering them under $20. The low end isn't too bad for what you get here. The technical aspects barely make it past the average mark and there's no effort put into the extras, but the scenes are a lot of fun and have a playfulness I have a very hard time not getting into in a big way. This is a nice movie on a DVD that could use a lot more effort.

Note to Naughty America: It would be nice to see you putting a little effort into your overall DVDs again...
