The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are okay. The audio is pretty good, but it’s a little weaker than I’m used to from this series. It has a few background noises but is normally nicely balanced. The video is also a little weak. It’s lit just as good as normal, but the picture looks just a little blurry.

Music: None

Menus: After Miko welcomes you in a nice montage sequence, things cut to a few screens with Miko introducing each menu while the choices are clearly listed on the side. They’re fairly simple, but nicely done.

The Feature

Miko Lee was an Oriental girl who quickly started turning heads. With a great natural body (including a killer ass that she wasn’t afraid to use), long legs, and a pretty face that was plenty vocal, many fell under Miko’s spell. Apparently Digital Sin fell under her spell as well as she becomes the first Asian girl to headline a My Plaything virtual experience. As usual, you get to choose Miko’s mood, what she does, and when anybody has an orgasm.

Miko gives you plenty of the usual virtual sex options as well as a few others. She starts things out in a lime bikini, teasing you with her tits, ass, or pussy on command. She changes into a red shirt with a pair of lacy white panties to masturbate, and works herself over with her fingers, a vibrator, or the Sybian. When it comes time for foreplay, Miko changes again, this time into a hot little black and white schoolgirlish outfit. As usual, through all of it you get a POV angle and a side or close-up angle.

For her part, Miko does a great job and plays the moods very well. She holds back on the energy for the nice mood, and keeps her voice soft and romantic. When’s in the naughty mode she kicks up the volume of her vocals and throws in plenty of swearing and trash talk while also turning up the energy a bit. Miko looks great through all of it, including making the anal look easy, and she plays to the camera very well without going overboard. Miko definitely turns out a great virtual performance.

The other thing everybody checks on in virtual sex titles is the pop shot. As usual almost all of them are animated, but Miko’s partner does let off one real one for the naughty blowjob. Miko lets it flow out over her hand and then goes back to suck out the last little bit. The rest of the cumshots are animated, and although a couple of them are decent most of them are laughable as they shoot from the bottom middle of the screen between Miko’s legs to over her head as they head towards the upper corner. Once again animated pop shots hold back a virtual sex DVD.

The rest of the virtual mechanism is nicely done. All of the choices are nicely laid out in the upper corner with the exception of the orgasm and mood buttons, which are located in the lower corner. It’s easy to navigate and very unobtrusive. The segments are nicely done, and normally last around two minutes with the exception of one that’s about a minute and a half and one that’s nearly two and three quarter minutes. The orgasm sequences are a bit shorter, with Miko’s lasting about a minute and “your’s” lasting about thirty seconds. The segments loop very nicely, and rather than going back to the start of the main loop when either loop ends it returns to a point in the middle of the segment to keep the momentum of the sex act. Once again, Digital Sin has put together a very nice virtual mechanism that’s easy to use and which doesn’t interfere with the overall virtual experience.

My Plaything: Miko Lee is a very nicely done virtual sex simulator. Miko does a great job headlining, and puts in plenty of energy and vocals while also turning out two distinct moods. The virtual mechanism is also very well done, with its high point being segments that loop to the middle to keep the momentum of the scene and the low point being some fairly laughable animated pop shots. If you enjoy virtual sex simulators, My Plaything: Miko Lee is definitely worth checking out.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of Digital Sin’s My Plaything DVDs can be found online for between about $20 and $30, with most stores seeming to offer them in the $25 range. This one’s worth the money if you’re a fan of virtual sex and or Miko Lee. The virtual experience is very well done with Miko giving a great performance. Unfortunately, the technical aspects are a little weak and there isn’t much for extras. This is a nicely done virtual sex experience on a DVD that lacks a little.

Note to Digital Sin: Nice job on the main attraction here, but a few extras that correspond to the release would be very nice.
