Overall:
The masturbation scenes feature cute women who are probably not old enough to purchase alcohol. The masturbation scenes play like many straight forward masturbation scenes, but with a much needed feminine touch in direction. You may have seen many masturbation scenes where a male director asks the star questions, tells her to show her ass, or comments on how pretty her pussy is. Would you rather hear those questions and comments from a woman? Well, that is what happens here. Emily Rigby, the director, even assists Tanner by regulating the speed on her vibrator.

Of course, given the title, the reader is probably interested in the use of panties. Thankfully, they are NOT quickly discarded. Often they are used to hide then reveal then hide again the pussy. They are pulled off to the side while the woman masturbates and gradually removed. It is good to see them not quickly discarded, but I must I have seen them better incorporated.

I guess my last statement implies that I was a bit disappointed by the women not really knowing how to put on a show. I guess that is partially true. In any regard, I do like to see honest masturbation, but I am rarely certain if I can identify it. More important to the reader, some my find the action a tad bit dull but others may see it as a welcome relief after feeling that women in other scenes they have watched tried too hard to give the viewer what they thought the viewer wanted.

That all being said, there is one very negative thing I have to say about this DVD overall. My Personal Panties shows much promise when it starts out with scintillating erotic images of women wearing panties. Oddly enough, the opening credits are followed by a scene far removed from erotica. Overall there is a much more favorable balance. Each scene opens with erotic images of the woman about too masturbate. Each scene benefits from the presence of a female director. Yet, inexplicably, the three scenes begin with an agonizingly long outside conversation with the girls and their suitcase pimp that feel like a waste of energy on any level. That time detracts from the DVD as a whole. It would be better overall if those minutes were merely lost. However, I should note that the run time is actually about 15 minutes longer than advertised. Could it be a way of the producers acknowledging that some of the feature is actually waste?
