Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects don't quite make the average mark. The audio is decently balanced and free of background noises, but is otherwise unremarkable. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and lacks a little. The picture is decently lit and clear, but there's a bit of noticeable camera motion as well as having the shade on the camera lens popping into view repeatedly through the movie to chamfer the corners of the screen. Also, the picture drops out for about four seconds starting at 27:32 with the audio continuing to be nonexistent for the next minute. The technical aspects on this one definitely hold this one back due to sloppiness.
Watermark Warning:
Although I don't know of anyone who likes to see watermarks, I can't blame any studio who tries to take some measures to protect themselves against the rampant internet piracy that's occurring. There's a small tasteful watermark that rests nicely in the lower right corner and is very light. It's very easy to miss, and easily one of the better watermarks I've seen.

Kimmy gave up the ass quite well, but overall her scene as the weakest for me largely due to the editing seeming a little rougher. Overall, My Mother Is My Lover has some decent setups and sex that hovers around the average mark, but the sloppiness behind the camera holds the overall movie back to the point that it comes in a little below average. Rent this one if you're interested in it.
