The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are a bit weak. The audio is normally pretty well balanced, but there are a fair amount of minor background noises throughout the movie. The only place it's really bad is during the final scene, which has a horrible high pitched squeaking through most of the scene. The video is a bit more problematic. It's often slightly blurry and pixelated, with some major lighting problems. There were many times that the video reminded me of VHS quality.

Watermark Warning: Most of the time I don’t care much about watermarks as I think that if they’re done right they’re easy to put out of mind. Others don’t have that feeling, so I make sure to note them when they do appear. Even if they’re something I wouldn’t normally mention, they’d get mentioned here. There’s a large watermark in varying colors for naughtyamerica.com in the lower right corner that seems completely intrusive. Yes, it’s simple, but it goes nearly halfway across the screen! I can understand companies wanting to protect their product from piracy, but there’s a fine line there that this one crosses. I’m deducting a half point from the overall score because of how horrid the watermark is here.

Menus: The main menu is very disappointing, and just gives you a poor still of the lovely Emma Starr and the choices. The chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and the last name of the woman in it.

The Feature

After establishing themselves as one of the major forces in on-line porn, Naughty America has branched out by collecting their scenes on DVD. The My First Sex Teacher series focuses on students who are having a little trouble, only to have their teacher take their education in a different direction for them to pass.

Scene 1 – Emma Starr and two guys

Scene 2 – Angelica Sin and a guy

It also didn't work here because there was so much banter between Angelica and Travis, but much of the time the camera seemed to hover right behind his ear. It gave the scene an odd feeling, and although there was some good heat here it held the scene back to an above average level rather than seeing how hot it could get.

Scene 3 – Jada Fire and Trent Tesoro

This scene kept a smile on my face and a tent in my pants the entire time, and I hope to somehow stumble upon more from this lovely lady in the future.

Scene 5 – Ms. Taft and a guy

She lets him know that he's falling behind and not getting the help he needs, and he's behind enough that she needs to know what he's willing to do to pass the class and stay on the baseball team. My First Sex Teacher 2 is a pretty good collection of “teacher / student” sex scenes. The ladies do a nice job playing the teacher, and stay in character pretty well throughout the scenes. There's also some nice chemistry that pops up through the movie, although the ladies do temper it a bit with the tendency to mug the camera. Ms. Frost was the real winner for me, although even at its worst the movie just barely touched the average mark. As for what could be improved, changing things up a bit would be very nice. I mean, every scene here looks like it's filmed in the same room with the same desk. Moving things to a different room would change things up nicely, as would starting the sex in a position other than missionary. A little more effort towards the technical end of things would also be nice, as the lighting interfered with almost every scene here. Yes, I know that Naughty America isn't some huge studio, but these aren't major things here! My First Sex Teacher 2 has a few weaknesses, but it also has a great sense of fun and does the teacher / student fantasy right. With a little effort fine tuning things, this could be a darn hot series.

Currently, most of Naughty America’s DVDs can be found online for between about $15 and $27 with most stores offering them under $20. If you enjoy teacher / student fantasies, this one will probably be worth your money. The sex varies a bit and can be a little amateurish, but there are plenty of fun moments and some pretty good chemistry. The technical aspects are a bit weak with the lighting and grain holding things back quite a bit, and there's no real effort put into the extras. This is a decent idea that could be pretty darn good if it were polished up.

Note to Naughty America: A few extras, such as maybe a bonus scene from another Naughty America series, would really be a nice addition to your DVDs. So would either losing the watermark or taming it to be something that doesn't interfere with the action.
