The Short Story

Initial Expectations: I haven’t seen much of this series, but what I’ve seen has been quite amusing. I’m looking forward to this one.

Initial Reaction: It’s a nice little big boob diversion, but doesn’t quite bust out completely.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are okay. The audio is normally clear and well balanced, but there are a few background noises that pop up. The video is also pretty good. It’s nicely lit, but there is a little bit of grain.

Music: The music is nicely done. It’s balanced well with the rest of the audio and the style varies throughout the movie.

Menus: The menus are pretty average. The main menu is simple and has a clip of the movie while the chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a chapter number.

The Feature

Ron Jeremy’s set to make a movie with Kelly Erikson in the lead, but the studio’s cutting it down. Rather than taking two months and 2.2 million dollars to make the movie, Ron’s only going to have two days and twenty two thousand dollars. Suddenly Kelly’s not in the lead, and instead gets sent off to find Ron food rather than showing her Oscar caliber acting skills as lower budget talent fills in for her.

Scene 1 - Vicky Vette and Mark Wood

After a few movie cuts, Ron has Vicky and Mark get right to the action. Mark strips Vicky down and sucks her tits before moving further south to tongue her twat. Vicky reciprocates with a blowjob and plenty of throat action while Mark continues to play with her. The keep things moving with both cowgirls and a bit of missionary work before Vicky takes a smiling facial to finish things up.

This is a hot scene. Vicky and Mark have great chemistry and very nice energy. They keep the trash talk flowing nicely, and the scene moves along at a very nice pace. This is a nicely done scene.

Scene 2 - Brittany Skye and Joey Ray

When her turn comes, Brittany goes right to work taking Joey into her throat as he plays with her pussy. They skip the oral action for Brittany and let her put her pussy to work with a cowgirl ride instead. Joey keeps the focus on Brittany’s bald beaver with a little spooning and a reverse cowgirl ride before letting her titty fuck him to a facial.

This is a pretty good scene. It drags a little and seems to run a little long, which hurts things. The chemistry and energy are above average, which helps things, but it doesn’t do enough to help the scene get too far past average.

Scene 3 - Kelly Erikson and Jewel Marceau

Kelly finally gets in a scene as she joins Jewel in a bathtub. She eats Jewel as she sits on the sit of the tub, and mixes in a little finger play and titty sucking. Jewel returns the favor by eating Kelly from behind before they turn on the jets and sit against them. Finally, the girls finish things with a kiss.

This scene left me disappointed. Kelly does an okay job, but once again the scene seems really long. It felt like it needed more cuts to show different camera angles, and the chemistry left a bit to be desired. This scene doesn’t even make it to an average level.

Scene 4 - Ava Devine and Ron Jeremy

Ron helps make-up girl Ava take a step forward in the business next. They kiss before she drops down to take Ron into her throat. He repays her with a little finger and tongue action for each of her holes, and even lets Ava suck her ass from his fingers. Ron fucks her bald beaver missionary style before moving onto Ava’s ass as she lays on her side. Ava takes another taste of her ass before Ron spears it again in mish, and they finish things up with Ava catching Ron’s spooge spray on her tits and face.

This could have been a pretty good scene. There’s a lot of energy and plenty of trash talking. Unfortunately Ava really overdoes her vocals, and neither her nor Ron are much to look at. I wanted to like this scene, but I just couldn’t get into it too much again.

Scene 5 - Kelly Erikson and Lee Stone

Kelly and Lee start out the final scene kissing by the pool. Lee moves down to work on Kelly’s tits before carrying her over to a beach chair and going to work on her holes with his tongue. She repays him with a hummer and holds on as Lee picks her up for a standing sixty-nine. After a nice oral warmup, Kelly hops up to ride Lee in reverse cowgirl. She takes a break in the middle for a little more oral attention for Lee, and later moves on to let him fuck her missionary style. Finally Kelly strokes him to a facial.

This is another okay scene. There’s good chemistry and energy in the scene, but Kelly’s handling of the pop shot is easily the best thing about the entire scene. There’s a couple reasons for this. One is that Kelly does a fantastic job sucking cock and really seems to love the jism baptism. The other reason is that this scene seemed to go on forever and really needed to be edited tighter.

More Than a Handful 13 has two big things going for it. Okay, yes, those two things are on full display here from all of the girls, but I was talking about Ron Jeremy and Kelly Erikson. Heck, I dunno. Maybe that makes three big things. Anyway. Ron and Kelly put so much humor and chemistry into the movie that I looked forward to the setups as much as I did the sex, and in some cases, I wanted the sex to end so that they could get back to the non-sex portions. Other than Kelly and Ron, More Than a Handful 13 is a pretty stereotypical porno. The scenes have an okay mix of angles, but they’re edited in such long takes that the scenes feel very long. There’s also not nearly enough boob action such as titty fucking or tit worship. I’ll readily admit to being a butt-man rather than a boob-man (thankfully Kelly has both!), so maybe that’s what makes the difference here. Anyway, More Than a Handful 13 managed to eke above the average line, but not by much.

The Extra Stuff

Trailers are included for Skin on Skin, Impact, Claudine, and More Than a Handful 13. The photo gallery includes nearly two dozen okay looking full screen photos. Multiple angles are included for the first three scenes. They aren’t true multiple angles, but they were often close and were much better than I normally expect. There’s also outtakes, internet commercials, and phone sex crap.

The outtakes last about five and a half minutes. There’s flubbed lines and sex bloopers, most of which come from Ron and Kelly. With the personality of these two that should come as no surprise, but sadly not many of them were too funny. I was also disappointed because you didn’t see any ad-libbing from Ron going out of control. This is an okay featurette.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of Metro’s DVDs can be found online for between $12 and $25 with most stores offering them for around $20. I’d rent this one first, but I’ll also admit to not being a big boob fan. There’s some good humor and decent sex here that might make it worth the big bucks for some people. The technical aspects aren’t too bad and the extras show a little effort.

Note to Metro: I know this is a lower budget release, but a little more polish could go a long way. A cast listing by scene or just a little more effort towards the menus would be very nice.
