How to Have Oral Sex With a Trans Woman is touted as the first “instructional by trans individuals for trans admirers” by Kennston Productions. However, How to Have Oral Sex With a Trans Woman ends up serving as much more than just an instructional movie on oral sex with a trans woman.

The movie starts out with Michelle Austin going over what being a trans man and a trans woman is like and the differences between trans men and trans women and cis-men and cis-women. She also goes over various terms that the audience may not be familiar with and give the definitions of them as well.

Then she sits down with Betty Black and the two have a conversation about what it is like to be a trans woman and what Betty Black's specific likes are while receiving oral sex. Betty Black then has an instructional oral sex scene with Tyler St. Syn. By instructional, this reviewer don't mean “instructional” as in an excuse for a sex scene but one where she guides him through what she likes having done with her during sex. The scene actually serves as an illustration, of sorts, reinforcing what she said during her conversation with Michelle Austin.

Michelle Austin then sits down with Kristen Kraves and the two have a conversation on what being a trans woman is like for Kristen Kraves and what she likes while receiving oral sex. Then Kristen, like Betty Black in the previous segment, has an illustrative oral sex scene with Tyler St. Syn instructing him on what she likes during oral sex.

The amount of information that this movie gives cis-men and cis-women on what it is like to be a trans woman is great! However, how the information is delivered isn't always great, unfortunately. Michelle Austin is poorly framed on the screen during the first segment and she seems very wooden in her delivery. This reviewer has seen Michelle Austin's personality come through in her movies before. It would have been nice to have seen some of her personality in the delivery.

The first segment and the two interview segments are mostly static as well. It would have helped to have more movement in them and more camera angles. There was some important information given during these segments, however, the lack of movement lulls the viewer. It might help Michelle Austin to see some other instructional movies, like Florence Barkway and Reed Amber's Tips and Tricks for Suckin' Dicks, that incorporate giving information in a very fluid feeling movie.

The movie could have really used a wrap-up at the end. At the end of Kristen Kraves' scene, the movie just abruptly ends. A short segment with Michelle Austin wrapping the whole package together would have been good.

How to Have Oral Sex With a Trans Woman has its faults, however, the positive aspects of the educational movie outweigh the negative aspects. How to Have Oral Sex With a Trans Woman does so much more than just act as an educational movie on oral sex. The movie also serves as an educational movie about the differences between cis-men and cis-women and trans men and trans women and how these differences lead to different views on sex and pleasure. How to Have Oral Sex With a Trans Woman is well worth watching by cis-men and cis-women to get a better understanding of trans women and to some extent trans men. Hopefully, Michelle Austin can clean up some of the issues that this release had when she makes the promised next installation of this series.

Kennston Productions has done a nice job with their DVD release of How to Have Oral Sex With a Trans Woman. How to Have Oral Sex With a Trans Woman was shot digitally and is presented in the anamorphic widescreen aspect ratio of 1.78:1 in 480i. The image quality of the movie shows no issues or imperfections with nice colors.

How to Have Oral Sex With a Trans Woman is presented with an English Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo audio track. There aren't any noticeable issues with the audio quality of the movie either. The dialog is clear and easy to understand at all times.

The only extra that Kennston Productions has included on the release is a photo gallery.

Ultimately, How to Have Oral Sex With a Trans Woman ends up being far more than an instructional movie for oral sex with a trans woman. Due to how it was made, the movie also serves as an educational video on trans women themselves and how they are different than cis-women, which should be of interest to cis-men and cis-women, especially in today's climate in the United States. The movie has technical issues, however, what the movie does have wins out over the issues. Kennston Productions has done a nice job with their DVD release of How to Have Oral Sex With a Trans Woman with good audio and video quality.
