Mens Room: Bakersfield Station Review

The usual co-directors Brian Mills and Harold Creg have decided to just man the cameras on this one and hand the directorial reins over to legendary director Joe Gage. The setting is the men’s room at the Bakersfield bus station, a locale according to this film that sees a great deal of action. (Little did I know this when I visited friends in that town.)

The action begins when Danny Vox, a hirsute little sex pig that has become a regular with Titan, gets off the bus and enters the T room. He takes a lengthy piss. Matt Majors and Kent Larson enter and Danny watches as these two engage in a pissing contest. Each pisses as though they have just finished six beers each and have been holding it for two days. (The distance that Matt achieves must surely place him in the Guinness Book of Records.) Matt Majors looks like a pro-football player: handsome face, great build, lightly haired chest, and a big dick with a plum-shaped head. (It’s a dick one could pick out of a line up.) Danny puts on his clothes and leaves and the film FINALLY ends.

A second disc contains one of Brian Mill’s photoshoots, a cumshot review, previews, and additional content. This additional content consists of Behind the Scenes, a hardcore Preview of the film we have just seen, Danny cumming with Matt and Abram egging him on, and a deleted scene. It’s difficult to believe that as l-o-n-g as this film is there were any deleted scenes, but there is one. In it Alex fucks young twink Tommy as Lex, the village simpleton, looks on. It is not a bad scene. In fact it’s probably better than some that have been included, and it would have been very good indeed if not for you-know-who.

The film is impressive though I didn’t exactly find it a pud-pounder. It was overly long. William Blake wrote: “One doesn’t know what is enough until one knows what is more than enough.” I felt this was more than enough. Perhaps it was the fact that a film of vast length took place in only one setting which added to its longueur. The editing, as noted above, was jerky, careless, and often lacking in continuity. Nevertheless, this is a film with many great moments and some truly fine performers that will more than satisfy most viewers.
