The Little Details

NOTE: This is an amateur video. Amateur and homemade movies don’t have the budget nor the resources of studio porn, and therefore rarely get close to the same quality technically. I’m rating this DVD on the same scale, but most homemade or amateur features would rarely make it above a 3 on the standard scale I use for studio porn for their technical aspects. The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are a little weak when compared to “professional porn”, which isn't too unusual for homemade porn. The audio is pretty good, with a decent balance and very little in the way of background noises. The video is presented in the full frame format and is a bit weak. Mayra and Scott 1 is a very impressive homemade debut release. The technical aspects are a bit weak overall, but aren't too bad when one considers the average homemade release. There's also a little effort put into the extras with a nice half hour preview reel. As usual, Shot at Home did not disappoint with this release.

Note to Shot at Home: Not that I ever think of you as putting out boring or cookie cutter releases, but it's great to see you putting out something more on the fetish side of things.
