Synopsis:
An attempt at an interactive disc from New Machine which fails horribly.

Audio/Video:
Maximum Sex Volume 1 is presented with an English 2.0 Stereo track which is acceptable and is at least much better than the video presentation. During the “feature” presentation the audio is all music and during the “5 Cam Sex” presentation you can hear the sex dubs. New Machine hasn't included any foreign language tracks or any subtitle options, but none are necessary for the film either.

Maximum Sex Volume 1 is presented in the full screen aspect ratio of 1.33:1. The video presentation varies considerably on the disc. In the “feature” presentation, the video presentation is horrible. It sports pixels throughout the entire film. In some places they are rather small, but in other places they are huge and render the film almost unwatchable. In the “5 Cam Sex” presentation, the video quality is much better. I didn't notice any pixels, so if they were present they were much smaller than in the “feature” presentation. However, at the end of the presentation, a black bar shows up across the top of the screen for some unknown reason. Somehow they managed to properly set the color levels for the disc.

Special Features:
New Machine has included a few extras on the disc for your added enjoyment and to try to get the run time of the disc up to their claims. The “5 Cam Sex” feature, which is the biggest extra on the disc is discussed along with the “feature” in the body of the review. There is a photo gallery contained on the disc which has 19 stills on a track. There is a two minute Interview with Nikita on the disc. Under the heading “More Nikita” is a four minute strip tease sequence with Nikita. The screen has the same design as the “5 Cam Sex” except there are only three cameras used. One of them is even showing snow for the beginning of the scene. Also under the heading “More Nikita” is a masturbation sequence also utilizing three cameras and running for four minutes.

Disc Design/Navigation:
The disc design looks good and is probably the best aspect of the disc. The disc is designed with simple animated menus that will give the viewer a false expectation of a good product being on the disc. The “feature” doesn't have a chapter menu but does have three chapter stops within the film itself. The “5 cam sex” has a chapter menu, which has six chapters. Each one is identified by a video clip from where the chapter goes to. There are six chapters within that segment as well. There is a time code encoded on the disc for all of the features on the disc.

General Review:
This disc is just poorly designed and put together on all aspects. It appears to be an interactive disc, yet the feature isn't an interactive feature at all. It offers one angle and no options and is in horrible shape and has a run time of only 28 minutes. I think what is called “5 Cam Sex” on the disc is actually supposed to be the feature as it offers the ability to switch between five different camera angles, has a chapter menu and runs for a longer time than the feature does, a whole 42 minutes.

For the “feature,” the scene switches between multiple cameras and sometimes puts up four cameras on the screen and in one place mosaics all the images together. Many of the cameras have some horrible angles and shots of the action and the image quality from them varies giving an very disjointed film. The feature also has music that completely overpowers the sound of the sex.

For the “5 cam sex,” the scene gives you the option of switching from between five different camera angles with all of them displayed on the screen at the same time. The main screen is the biggest with the other four running across the bottom of the screen. If you are watching this film on a small television screen, forget using this option as all of the screens will be way to small for any sort of enjoyment. The scene featured here is the same scene as what is contained in the 'feature' it just has some additional footage in which makes the running time longer.

The sex scene is based on a single set and isn't the best scene I've ever seen put on video. One would think that since the film only has one scene, they'd try to make it an incredibly exceptional one. Apparently they thought differently, maybe they thought that offering all of the camera angles would disguise a rather unexceptional scene. The sexual themes present in the scene are vaginal sex with a blow job, pussy fingering, pussy eating, and female masturbation. For viewers that care about condom use, Nikko Knight does not wear a rubber.

The box is a mass of false advertising. First off, they list the run time of the film as 125 minutes and in a separate spot claim that the film is “over two hours of action.” If you add all of the features on the disc together, you only get 80 minutes and this includes all of the extras. This 45 minutes short of their claimed run time of the film, which is a mighty big discrepancy. There is also a claimed behind the scenes piece on the disc, which I could find no where. Maybe this was supposed to finish up the missing 45 minutes, either way, don't trust the claims on the box because if you do you will end up completely unsatisfied.

Scene Synopsis:
The only scene in the film features Nikita Denise with an Nikko Knight and starts out with Nikita masturbating before going into a pussy eating and pussy fingering combination. The film then goes into a blow job before going into the vaginal sex to conclude the scene.

Parting Thoughts:
I can't recommend this disc to anyone and it is the second one ever that I have reviewed which has received the coveted zero star overall rating. I can't even recommend this disc to fans of Nikita Denise. Save your money and go for another title, you certainly can't do worse. If a friend offers you this title for free, I'd pass on the title and question whether the person truly is your friend.
