Mamacitas 5 (Video Team) Review

Initial Thoughts: There seems to be an incredible amount of Latina themed movies these days, some studios are putting out 2 or 3 different lines heavily focusing on Latina girls. There are some super fine Latina ladies, and I'm all for watching them fuck on film, but the problem it seems is there aren't quite enough ladies to go around for the amount of lines that are cropping up. It seems more and more the case lately, that we see the same group of maybe 20 or so super babes in maybe 40 or more lines of Latina girls releases, some are great and some are not, and I don't want to say it gets boring, but it surely does get repetitive after a while. That said I've been impressed with Van Styles other work and I figured this one was worth a look with the good cast of girls gathered. I came in with very high expectations, and this one pretty much met them, it is a good disc, lots of high energy pounding hard sex, good energy from the girls, not always great chemistry, but still some hot sex to watch. There are 5 one on one scenes and runtime is in the 125 minute range, Extras are merely OK, and don't really add all that much. It's a good Latina disc that takes some of the usual hotties and a couple we don't see all the time and uses them well.

Technical Considerations: Picture quality is a little grainy, camera work is mostly good, sound is sometimes not that well balanced, and lighting has some shadow and dark spot issues but overall it is pretty solid technically, none of the little things are all that significant. Menus are simple but work well.

Scene Breakdown

Scene 1: Avy Lee Roth and Kurt Lockwood

Duration: 24:54 mins

Scene Thoughts: Hot opening scene, Avy Lee is really becoming quite the little performer, she puts some good energy into this scene and really works up a good sweat fucking Kurt. Avy comes in with a knife and holds it to Kurts throat before the fucking starts, and Kurt gets aggressive with her with some lighter choking, and I know where some people are going with this kind of stuff, but personally I liked it here, it wasn't too far over the line, and it really added some hot leadin play that you don't normally see. The sexual energy was good with some nice hard fucking, but the chemistry kind of came and went with them really into each other then kind of not so much. Great facial ending though and a good scene all around.

Scene 2: Kat and Brian Surewood

Scene Thoughts: I don't know what it is about Kat, I guess that I just find her incredibly cute, but the more I see of her, the more I like her, and she follows up the first scene with a pretty fair performance herself. Good energy again, but she seemed a bit distant to Brian for much of the scene, they never really connected other than the more casual early talk together, the sexual chemistry kind of lagged here. Good energetic fucking though and lots of anal.

Scene 3: Domino and Kurt Lockwood

Scene Thoughts: Again more physical and threatening style opening, and again it was done well and pretty hot, this scene actually does a better job of keeping up the energy and more of the theme of the opening through the scene. Good chemistry throughout this time and a nice general energetic session of sex with some taunting and some panties stuffed in her mouth and things like that, a good seemless scene and I think I'll be checking more of Domino out.

Scene 4: Mary Jane and Mark Wood

Duration: 19:42 mins

Scene Thoughts: Man, Mary Jane is one sexy starlet, she does a great job on her oral work in this scene, the setup here is her fucking the Janitor in the back office, and it sort of works allthough they could have spent a little more time on the setup. The lack of chemistry is again the biggest issue despite a good energetic fuck and a nice facial finish which Mary Jane doesn't dodge, but doesn't exactly love it. Pretty straight forward scene this time round with not much position change and just ending up being a good solid scene.

Scene 5: Nadia Styles and Kurt Lockwood

I've been a Nadia fan for her entire career pretty much, short lived so far as it may be, but this is definately one of her better one on one scenes that if your a fan of hers your going to want to see, and she gets a good facial too.

Final Thoughts and Recommendations:

This is a very solid disc, the sex was mostly very good with some pretty hot setups, chemistry was not always perfect and there were some times when I don't think the scene fit the setup that well, but it was still some hot sex with some hot latina ladies. Extras are pretty average, but the feature runtime is a decent and well done 125 minutes. Definately worth a rental, but I think many will want to add this one to thier collections with a purchase. I think some couples may like the setups and the energy, but this one is more aimed at the Raincoater crowd.
