THE BOTTOM LINE |
This film has some interesting elements which makes it distinctive:
-First, the movie is full of elegant lingerie outfits- not just any lingerie either. These outfits look considerably more expensive than lingerie featured in many other movies I've seen. The outfits were the movie's best feature.
-Second, director Mario Rossi uses a lot of what I will call 'layers'. He layers the performers up in the screen. For example, two people will be fucking in the foreground and way beyond in the background there's a person watching. Or a girl's face will move across the screen for a BJ and then move out and another one will replace it from a layer behind. Or he'll shoot through an object in the foreground, using an object's shape as a frame for the shot. I've seen this kind of stuff in a lot of other films, but Rossi seems to abuse it here, making it his signature.
-Third, the movie seems to have a voyeuristic motif throughout. I'm not sure what Rossi is trying to do with it here but I think its some kind of social comment. Perhaps it's supposed to illustrate the degree of 'properness' to the social elite, and then whittling them down to hypocrisy when the voyeur engages in the sex. I wouldn't know though, I never knew a rich person. The voyeurism reflects towards the viewer too. In some instances the performers are voyeuring us as well- us whom are voyeuring them who voyeur each other.... us who are peeking in on their delicate aristocratic world.
The
film has harder sex than most feature couples films- it has anals and DPs- yet
somehow this film is still very couple friendly. All the scenes are anal scenes
and yet it all packages together so elegantly- this is sex in its refined state.
I recommend this film for anyone looking for elegant sex or beautiful lingerie.
I also recommend it for couples who want something a bit harder than your
typical Vivid film.
