The Short Story

Initial Expectations: I’ve had very mixed results from this series. I’m not sure what to expect here.

Initial Reaction: It’s pretty hit or miss. The lesbian scenes hit but the solo scenes miss.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody who puts big tits and artistic direction first and everything else second

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting to see how nasty big tittied women can get

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear, but is almost nonexistent. The video is pretty average. It’s well lit and has an artistic feel, but there’s a little grain in the feature that is a bit noticeable. It varies the lighting for artistic effect and also mixes full color and black and white scenes, as well as non-anamorphic widescreen and full screen aspect ratios.

Music: The music is fairly typical porno music, but is virtually the only audio in the entire feature. Sometimes it matches the scenes well, and sometimes it doesn’t.

Menus: The menus are decently animated and give a good feel for the feature’s artistic nature. The chapter menu is pretty standard, however, and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a chapter number.

The Feature

The Lusty Busty Dolls series goes with a simple idea, busty women. Skye Blue mixes lesbian scenes and masturbation scenes, but works a good tease into each scene. There’s never a plot to set things up, and the camera work is always on the artistic side.

Scene 1 - Skye Blue and Summer Cummings

Skye and Summer start things off in black and red latex respectively. Skye wears a gasmask while Summer wears a standard fetish hood. Summer quickly moves around to work on Skye’s pussy, and darn near works her up to a full fist while not leaving much doubt on whether or not Skye could take it. Summer breaks out a strap-on and titty fucks Skye before fucking her cunt with it. Skye returns the favor for Summer, and even fucks her ass with the dildo at the end of her gasmask hose as well as a buttplug. Finally, the girls pose with the plug on top of what looks like a big metal stump.

This is a surprisingly hot scene! More than anything it reminds me of something Tanya Hyde would come up with, which is about as high of a compliment I think I can give for a scene like this. It’s extremely creative, extremely artistic, and most of all, extremely hot! This is an excellent way to start out the movie!

Scene 2 - Maxine Monroe

Maxine, who’s face definitely shows some age, starts out in a little red and white sailor’s outfit that’s stretched to the max by her huge gazooms. She’s hot and sweaty from moving around some heavy ropes, and feels the need to lift up her shirt so her titties don’t overheat. She softly plays with her tits and pussy before breaking out a large G-spot vibe to fuck herself with. She finishes things up sucking the vibe clean and holding it securely between her breasts as the camera fades out.

This scene didn’t do much for me. Maxine started things off okay, but the majority of the scene was in slow motion and didn’t have any audio other than the music, which never really does anything for me.

Scene 3 - Sana Fey and Donita Dunes

Sana and Donita start things out in a brightly colored futuristic room complete with blow-up chairs. After Sana gets off the phone she comes over to kiss her way around Donita’s heels before titty fucking one while sucking Donita’s toes. They keep working their way around Donita’s feet before Donita grinds against Sana from behind almost as if they were fucking doggie style. They keep grinding against each other while mixing in a little kissing, more footplay, and toys. Sana is the only one to get a little penetrating toy action, but does return the favor to Donita with plenty of pussy eating, fingering, and a vibrating egg for her clit. Finally the scene fades out looking like the girls still have a bit to go.

This is a pretty hot scene. There’s nice chemistry between the girls, and I love the foot fetish aspect it starts out with. It bogs down a little in the middle with the grinding, but once the toys come out it picks up again and goes out on a high note.

Scene 4 - Kayla Kleevage

Kayla, an okay looking but slightly heavyset bottle blonde with tits that are each bigger than her head, starts things out badly faking piano playing. She slowly starts playing with her pussy before laying back on the bench. She keeps working a bit with her fingers before breaking out a toy. She fucks herself with it and cuddles it on her chest before setting it aside on the piano.

This would have been an okay scene, but it was so slow that I felt that I had a choice between taking a nap and using the fast forward button. I kind of liked the picture in picture for the close-ups, but that’s the only thing that really seemed interesting to me about this scene. Of course, when I’m laughing at the start of the scene with how badly Kayla is faking her piano playing (it looks more like she’s just slowly stretching her fingers), that’s not normally a good star to the scene unless you’re trying to play it for laughs.

Lusty Busty Dolls 5 is an okay all girl feature. The sex is very hit or miss, as the lesbian scenes worked very well for me while the solo scenes left me bored. Although I wasn’t that impressed with all of the sex, I was with Skye Blue’s art direction here. Every scene was pleasing to the eye and looked great! It’s just the little things that held things back. First and foremost here was the slow motion. While the lesbian scenes moved along nicely, the slow motion and extremely slow pacing in the solo scenes had me bored within minutes. The other thing that helped the lesbian scenes rise up here was that they had a fair amount of audio from the performers, rather than just the music in the audio. It’s very hard to get a scene with music as the only audio to work for me, and it was great to see Skye move away from that style with this episode. Lusty Busty Dolls 5 is an okay all girl feature that stands out most due to its excellent art direction.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many Bizarre Video DVDs can be found online for between $14 and $28 with most stores offering them for over $20. Unless you’re a fan of this series, rent this one first. There’s some decent sex, but I’m not sure how much replay value it will get. The technical aspects are art direction are nicely done, but there’s nothing really worth mentioning for extras.

Note to Bizarre Video: You did a nice job on the technical aspects here. Now try adding a little polish to your overall DVDs.
