Initial Expectations: The little I've seen from Lu Bricate hasn't been too impressive. I want to keep an open mind here, but I just can't expect too much.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects don't quite make it to the average level. The audio is normally pretty well balanced, but there are some background noises throughout the movie including comments for the performers from behind the camera. The video is presented in the full frame format, and is also a bit weak. The lighting is inconsistent as is the grain, which makes the look of the movie vary from scene to scene. There's also some camera focus problems and other sloppy camera work.

Music: Music pops up here and there throughout the movie. While it's often cheesy, there are times when it seems natural and other times when you're not sure if it's supposed to be there or if people in the next room just have really bad taste in music and are playing their stereo too loud.

Menus: The main menu generically blends a bit of the boxcover with a bit of the movie for a lackluster first impression. The chapter menu shows a touch more care, and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and the name of the girl(s) in it.

The Feature

Lu's back, and with the help of Katie Gold in some hot red and black undies, introduces each scene. Sometimes they talk about things like Lu's lube shaped pen that Katie can't figure out and sometimes they get right to the action.

Scene 1 – Trina Michaels and Sascha

Busty blonde Trina starts out her scene in a red kind of cheerleader-ish outfit with hideous canvas Cons kissing Sascha before letting him lay her back and strip off her shorts so he can tongue her twat. Scene 2 – Chiquita Lopez and Dirty Harry

This scene makes it above the average mark, but not by much.

Scene 3 – Vanessa Lane, Alex Sanders, and Joel Lawrence

Scene 4 – Lain Oi, Sydnee Capri, and Joel Lawrence

The biggest problem with the scene is that it feels like it was ripped out of another movie and had some kind of plot going for it that we never get to see. Thankfully it still has a fun feeling for the scene, but it does stand out with things like a small picture in picture segment. Thankfully the chemistry is good enough in this scene to help it just past the average mark.

Scene 5 – Asia, Jada Kiss, John West, and Rick Masters

Rick starts out the final scene on a couch kissing black Jada as she works his cock out of his pants. This scene hovered just below the average level for me for several reasons. The first is that this scene seemed to go on far too long. The second is Asia's mouth, which never stopped and also never really showed any emotion. I was actually tempted to reach for the mute button, but with the level of this movie reached for a different button a couple times watching this scene. The third is that the editing left plenty to be desired while leaving in plenty that should have been cut out including comments from behind the camera. This scene just didn't do much for me.

Lu's Kuntrol hovers around the average mark. While some scenes come off pretty good, such as Joel Lawrence's scene with Lain Oi and Sydnee Capri, most of them come off feeling generic and forgettable. The scenes are further held back by a very inconsistent feeling with some scenes feeling like they're fairly new while others feel like they've been sitting on the shelf for several years. The movie is actually inconsistent enough that it actually feels like a compilation movie at times, but even then would fall below the average level. In the end, the only really memorable part of Lu's Kuntrol is Katie Gold not seeming to grasp the concept of Lu having a novelty pen shaped like a bottle of lube. Lu's Kuntrol isn't a bad movie, but there's nothing about it to really make it memorable either.

Currently, Lu Bricate's DVDs can be found online for between about $12 and $20. If you feel the need for this one, either aim low or rent it first. The sex all hovers around the average mark while the technical aspects fall a little below average and the extras are all but nonexistent. This DVD doesn't quite make it to the average mark.
