Overall thoughts;
*The acting is a little weak in places (I was particularly not impressed w/ Julie Ashton's passionless attempts in the period scenes)
*There's lot's of talking during sex, not I am a fan of this but this was almost too much
*All the scenes are hot
*Great camera angles, very well executed
*Nice flow to the plot
*Thumbs down to anal in every scene
*It was nice not to have predictable cum shots in each scene
*Kudos on the costuming, hair/makeup and continuity to the film
*A quality production

Intro-
Very classy, slow, sexy shots, music written by a Lauren Alexander fits very nicely.

Scene 1-Home Coming
We open to a scene portrayed sometime around 1860. Here we suffer through a bit of bad "period speak and our first encounter with Julie Ashton's attempt at a passionate dialogue. We go into "Sarah", Shanna McCullough giving "Daniel", Tyce Bune, her returned from the war husband a sponge bath which very delicately turns to a B.J as he tells her how it "eases his pain". I give them both credit for staying in character and a huzzah! for no cum shot to speak of. She takes it in the mouth then they kiss and swap cum for awhile. (Not my bag, but thank you for something different!)

Cut to Julie as "Kathryn" writing and we discover this is a novel she is writing in present day. Via a phone conversation with her agent we learn she is going through a hard break up with her boyfriend and it effecting her work. This is a nice way to set the premise for the film.

Scene 2-Gifted
We meet "Lanny", Hershel Savage who is "Kathryn"'s agent and who is married to Nikita. It is Lanny's birthday and Nikita brings him a cake, and then a man. They act out Lanny's fantasy to watch her with another man with Colt Steele. This is a nice scene, there is a particularly hot over the shoulder camera angle as Nikita sucks off Colt she looks up into the camera. They did a really nice job of integration, normally in threesomes someone get's left out.
Sidenote-
Two things I noticed here, Nikita's English really seems to be improving (Oh! I love that accent) and they managed to work in a "Condoms are responsible" line which cracked me up.

Cut back to Julie in her office, her GF's Ray Verness and Shayla La Veaux show up and have brought bags of lingere to cheer her up. There is a very nice, upbeat montage of them playing naughty dress-up which ends with a very nice three-way hug. (Again kudos for not going to the predictable, "Oh! There's three womyn in a room, let's have sex!")

Back to Hershel and Nikita cuddling and kissing by the fire.

Scene 3-Rear Infantry
Back in time to Shanna McCullough and Tyce Bune'. There is a little licking which brings Shanna to orgasm, a variety of positions culminating with a long spoon sex session where he cums on her thighs.

Scene 4-Toy Boy
Hershel has sent Julie a male escort "Jeff" John Decker to cheer her up. She refuses him but takes the candy and flowers and leaves him at her GF's house where they "attack" him ravenously. And so we have a three-way with Ray, Shayla and John. Again, very nice integration of all three participants, and the girls actually seem to be comfortable pleasuring one another (which to a 3/4 lesbian at heart is very nice to see)

Scene 5-Hot Flash Back
Julie is trying to write but keeps flashing back to her BF, she masturbates while looking at a picture of him. There is a nice black and white montage of them at the beach, toasting champagne etc., meanwhile we cut back and forth to Julie masturbating. Now here, it looked to me as though she burst in to tears before she had an orgasm, but according to the commentary she is supposed to have had such and explosive orgasm it caused her to cry.

Back in time, as they are packing to leave Julie's husband shows up..

Scene 6-Girrl Friends
Julie is sharing her manuscript with her GF's, she leaves and Tina Tyler (who looks great!) shows up. Apparently Julie's manuscript has really stirred them up and a threesome ensues with some muff diving, 69ing and dildo play. This was a very nice G/G/G scene, well done ladies.

Here is Julie toasting the completion of her manuscript with her agent. And she say's she's going on vacation.

Next we see Julie on the beach ($25 says it's Malibu where Saki and I had our first date) and she is reflecting on her BF again.

Scene 7-Love's Passion
She arrives home and hey! There he is, Mickey G. Julie does this weird, yelling through her lips thing (not sure what that was about) then suddenly forgives him in a passionate kiss. He gifts her a locket which is the same locket as was played upon earlier in the movie. (smacks of her writing about a past life). He gives her oral then adds in some finger action to bring her to orgasm then cums himself in her pussy.

Ahhh...romance
This film reeked of it, BUT it was very refreshing. Lot's of fun camera angels that were not only great perspectives, but were very nicely executed. A wonderful variety of sex positions and scene completion. And lot's of passion and fire in the sex, now that's what it's all about!

Extra's-
Here are my big complaints...The menu was hard as hell to read, let alone try and navigate. It was in cursive and not centered. Some of the cast was not listed in the bios, and if you sit on the menu for too long (like more than 2 minutes) the movie starts itself.
