Initial Expectations: Red Ezra’s Chances and Flash! were both excellent and showed some great vision right from the start. Now having a few more movies under his belt, I’m really looking forward to seeing what else Ezra can do.

Initial Reaction: It’s pretty good, but not quite up to some of the other features I’ve seen from Ezra.

Who Should Watch It : Couples who don’t want much plot or people who like fairly artistic sex

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants nastier sex

Audio /Video Quality: Both the audio and video are very good. The audio is very well balanced, but there are a couple spots that appear to be dubbed. There are also a couple spots where there isn’t any actual audio from the performers. The video is very clear, and I didn’t notice any shadows that seemed out of place.

Music: The music varies a little, both in style and balance. It fits the scenes very well and the changing balance helps to enhance the mood of the scenes.

Menus: The main menu is nicely animated, and gives a great introduction to the DVD. The chapter menu is pretty standard, and lets you choose a scene from a small clip of each scene.

The Feature: Red Ezra has returned, this time with the Love Machine. No, this isn’t some kind of inflatable device, and it doesn’t appear to need batteries either. It’s a fortune telling machine, similar to the one that made Tom Hanks Big, or made a kid into Tom Hanks. Pop a dime in, give the machine a kick, and Isabella Camille will show you your true love.

Back around 1965 Jessie J. found herself passing time waiting for her car to be fixed by checking out a coin operated fortune telling machine, and soon finds herself starting things off with one eyed mechanic Julian. She kisses him and then quickly hops onto the trunk so he can tongue her twat. He gives her a few good licks and then lets her slide down so her lips can wrap around his cock. They head back to the car so Jessie can lean against it as Julian fucks her from behind, as well as a little missionary and a standing fucking. She finally takes Julian’s guy grease on her face to finish things up. It’s a hot scene and a great one to start the feature with. As usual, Red Ezra’s wild colors are all over the place, which is part of what makes his features a breath of fresh air.

In present day Cancun, Joel Lawrence gets busy with Desert Rose, a cute brunette with a green ribbon in her hair, in a pool. He gently tongue and fingers her slightly stubbly pussy before she mouths his mighty manhood. They keep things moving with Joel first getting ridden cowgirl style and then pumping away on Desert’s pussy from behind before they finish it up with some nice sitting and standard missionary. Desert finishes things up taking a good splash of man juice on her face and even takes a bit in her mouth. It’s a good scene, but didn’t hit me as getting too far above average. Much of it felt like it was pretty by the numbers, although certain parts came off very well, such as the ending.

Sunrise Adams sees her future with bartender Mark Davis. Mark fondles her a little before she starts to devour his dick orally, including taking it down her throat. Mark doesn’t bother giving Sunrise any warmup, and goes directly to fucking her from behind. They move on through cowgirl and missionary before giving her a nice facial. It’s a good scene with some nice energy and chemistry. It doesn’t quite match the opening scene, but it’s quite a bit better than the second.

Chloe Jones gobbles Michael Scorpio’s cock in the next scene. Chloe wears a pink frilly dress that seems like it would be very appropriate at a high school prom, and Michael is also well dressed. She drops down and starts sucking his shaft in his garage in front of several classic cars before she slides up on the car to get her slit slobbered on. She lays back to get her pussy pumped, and later turns around to get fucked from behind. Michael finally pulls out and decorates Chloe’s ass with his guy goo. It’s a pretty good scene, but Chloe seemed like she was pushing it quite a few times. It was enough to make me think the scene was good, but not great.

Kate Frost finds love, at least for the moment, in the kitchen with Chris Cannon. She drops down to take Chris down her throat repeatedly with a nasty smile before Chris really gets her juices flowing orally. Kate lays back to let Chris fuck her pussy before slowly rolling over onto her stomach, just like in the other scenes, while Chris fucks her. He finally pulls out and gives Kate a little pop on her ass. It’s a very hot scene, and has just as much chemistry and heat as the opening scene.

Finally, Chloe Jones and Isabella Camille hook up. Isabella starts out tasting Chloe’s juices, and shows that Chloe’s finger licking good as she kneels in front of Chloe. Isabella spreads herself out in front of a large stained glass window for Chloe to return the favor, and then lays back and sucks on the acrylic beaded dildo that Chloe offers her. She takes it between her lower lips next, and lets Chloe finish her off. It’s a fairly hot scene that has some good chemistry.

Love Machine is a pretty decent movie. It’s basically an all sex feature, but it uses an almost non-existent plot to bring in some of Ezra’s amazing art direction. Kate Frost and Jessie J. easily turn in the best scenes in the feature, but Chloe does show some potential also. It isn’t quite as good as some of Ezra’s other stuff, so some people might want to rent this one first, but fans of Ezra’s style should still enjoy it. Love Machine is worth watching, but I don’t know if it’s worth a special trip.

Extras: The photo gallery contains about three dozen very nice looking full screen photos and snapshots. Trailers are included for Love Machine as well as two for Hearts & Minds. There’s also company and website info. One can’t forget, however, the travesty that is known as the Digital Sin Side B. If you’ve picked up any other Digital Sin DVD in the past year, you’ve seen it. It used to be a nice selection of trailers and featurettes, but due to lack of caring, it has withered into a decrepit pile of extras everybody has seen a million times already.

Raincoat Factor: High

Overall: Most Digital Sin releases can be found online for between $17 and $25 with many stores offering them for around $20. This seems a little high to me, but not much. The sex is good, with a couple great scenes and Ezra’s normal great artistic direction. It’s nicely matched with a great transfer, but unfortunately there isn’t much of anything for extras.

Note to Digital Sin: I’m about to the point that I’d rather give Ron Jeremy a sponge bath with my tongue than even think of checking out your B-side. Unless this is the response you normally want people who buy your DVDs to have, I’d suggest changing what’s on there once in a while.
