London, quelle surprise, London Shaggers is a collection of straightforward,
bright and breezy sex scenes unencumbered by plot or other distractions.
It's is the first release that I've seen from the (relatively) new Anarchy
studio, and it features the blonde Belarussian twins Misha and Sasha, who I gather
will star in their signature line.
The Twins
During the opening titles we see the svelte figures of Misha and Sasha
making their way through busy shopping streets and getting on the tube.
They look very similar - their sexy bodies are virtually identical (slim,
medium boobs, nice backsides and long legs) but I'd suggest Sasha is marginally
prettier than Misha. In interview, the cheeky duo, who look some way better
than that odd Austin Powers style cover shot would suggest, come across
as vivacious, naughty and playful. They rather take over the interview,
talking and giggling about sex, pronouncing their favourite swear words
and declaring Love for all things London - especially smoking, drinking
and clubbing. Why doesn't that surprise me?
The set-up for the sex scene is a photo shoot, but there's little time
spent on that before the girls are flickering their tongues over the snapper's
cock - we later find out he's called Mark. Surprisingly for such lively
girls, they don't really suck his cock properly, and he ends up eating
them. Neither comes as much as they said they would. Still he soldiers

In truth, this is a fairly standard scene, with Mark fucking the girls

I was surprised how quiet it gets - maybe they're really into it, I don't
know. Some of the shots are odd too, body parts (legs, even ears!) get
in the way and some sharper editing would have improved the scene. Mark
comes on their tits to finish it off.
Amber
Curvaceous, busty blonde Amber introduces herself and displays her tanned
body to the camera. Unfortunately her chat is as sincere as a tele-sales

a naughty but nice young girl in the behind the scenes clip - but rather
it's just that I find this creeping boob job orthodoxy in the sex biz
a depressing feature of the scene. Maybe I am off the mark here, but bust
enhancements didn't seem to be so common in the UK scene prior to the
proliferation of lap dancing clubs over the last few years.

already seen that he knows they are twins. This scene should really have
come first. Anyway, he comes in to find what he thinks is his girlfriend.
Her slightly different appearance is explained away by make-up, and they

Then in comes twin 2, and says let's do it together. Mark is briefly taken
aback but adroitly assesses the situation, and reacts like a man who knows

Overall
If ever I've seen a movie that epitomises the "average" rating, then London
Shaggers is it. Director Corey Jordan does a good enough job playing it
as cheeky, inoffensive sexy fun - up to a point - but it just doesn't
have enough personality nor is the sex really hot enough to make it stand
out from the crowd.
Given that it's actually a fairly short movie, including more of the footage
that's supplied as "behind the scenes" material on the DVD in the body
of the feature would have given it a little more character, even if some
of these girls aren't exactly the sharpest tools in the box! Also, from
a personal viewpoint, the girls generally don't have the looks that I
prefer. The Twins are physically quite appealing though.
That said, as it's colourful enough and sexually energetic without being
what I'd call "nasty", I could see that it might suit viewers who don't
want to resort to features to see something gently entertaining.
DVD Comments
The set up of the disc in terms of menus and design is very similar to
a Red Light District release, and sure enough, RLD are mentioned among
the clients on a leaflet in the box advertising the company that authors
the disc - DVPC, an offshoot of Sin City. So this means very decent picture
quality BUT, and it's a big BUT (no pun intended) it is also saddled with
that profoundly irritating on-screen menu display. This allows you to
jump to the various parts of a scene, and it might be a good OPTIONAL
idea, but it's always there and always annoying. I found I can get rid
of it by FFWDing on my Power DVD software on my PC, but I gather this
feature can disable Fast Forward/Rewind on some DVD players. I'd politely
suggest Anarchy do what RLD did and stop using this feature as soon as
possible. I have a fundamental opposition to breaking a scene down like
this anyway - as if porn didn't tend to appeal to the lowest common denominator
as it is.
There are very good extras though - behind the scenes, a photo shoot with
the Twins, and a little trip on the tube with the Twins too. There's also
a slide show and chapter menus broken down for easy access, so in that
sense it's a well-done disc.
