Review Note: As usual with Abigail Productions DVDs, there's something with the authoring that makes it next to impossible for me to get a quality screen capture. For this reason, I have left out the screen captures from the review instead of giving a capture that either doesn't represent the movie properly or which I cannot honestly say comes from the movie untouched.

What You Need to Know: Lesbian Spotlight: Nikki Rhodes is a pretty good all girl compilation that focuses on cute redhead Nikki Rhodes. I quickly became a fan of Oren Cohen's style behind the camera after watching one or two of his movies, and it's captured here very well while also showing some of his range. You get a little food play, a touch of masturbation, a threesome, ass licking, and some of the heavier artistic side with the costumes and makeup. It also avoids one of the main problems with his releases, namely the overly short running length that often hovers around an hour and a quarter and rarely makes it much past an hour and a half. This release comes in close to two hours with its five scenes, and as a compilation even that seems a touch short since I can think of a few of Nikki's other very deserving scenes that seem like they should have been on here. Five scenes pushing two hours should be the norm for Cohen's movies, not an exception that's broken for compilations. Unlike Cohen's other releases, however, there's nothing at the start of each scene to let you know about it. Normally the girls are nicely identified at the start of each scene, and I hoped that would continue here along with letting the viewer know where they came from if they really liked the style of that scene. That doesn't happen here, as the movie moves from scene to scene without even letting you know who's in each scene. Lesbian Spotlight: Nikki Rhodes has a great starlet to focus on as well as a very nice variety of good hot sex, but at the same time it comes in as a good but not great compilation due to it's shorter running time compared to other compilations as well as not letting the viewer know anything about the performers in each scene nor where they come from.

Verdict: If you're a fan of Nikki Rhodes or Oren Cohen's style it's worth checking out, but it does fall a bit short compared to a lot of the other compilations out there.

Note to Abigail Productions: Compilations like this should be able to sell your other releases. That said, if you don't tell your viewers where the scenes come from they're not going to know which of your releases they might really like and want to see more of.
