Summary
“Last Call” is a twisted and mysterious feature film by Wicked Pictures that delivers both in terms of the talented and beautiful actresses in its cast and the solid plotline and acting. Kaylani Lei, Mikayla Mendez, and Tori Black turn in very good performances, and there is really only one scene that misses the mark. While better use of Tori Black, Alektra Blue, and the lighting in some places would have benefited this production, it is still an overall winner and worth picking up.

Inserting the DVD / Main Menu
After the standard warnings / information, a couple of trailers play: one for “Sexy Bitch” with Mikayla Mendez and another for “Backdoor to Brazil #1” with Monica Mattos. Both look good, the first more so than the second, though. Shortly after, we’re off to the Main Menu, where we find four options: “Play Movie”, “Chapters”—a standard scene selection device, “Special Features”—which will be covered at the end of this review, and the trailer for “Last Call”. Let’s go ahead and get moving with “Play Movie”.

Opening Credits
The opening credits consist of white lettering that blows in and out over a black backdrop.

Scene One
This scene begins with Brad Armstrong meeting Kaylani Lei, a thin actress of Asian descent, in a bar / club. Kaylani is very forward with Brad, making out with him both in the establishment and just outside, before the two drive off together. They appear to be followed.

A cut to inside what appears to be a loft ensues, and the two begin to make out, with Brad grasping Kaylani’s firm behind as he hikes up her purple-colored cocktail dress. The lighting here is dark and blue, and it works well to give a steamy mood to the goings-on. It also makes seeing the details of this early action a bit difficult and thus makes it fairly soft.

It isn’t long before Brad fingers Kaylani through her thong panties and then lifts her up against the wall and eats her through them, as well. During this time, Kaylani pulls down her top, revealing her nice-sized, natural breasts. Again, the action here is difficult to fully discern due to the camera angles and lighting, but the visuals are quite erotic.

After a good deal of this softcore oral action, the pair moves over to a candle-lit bed with a brick wall behind it—a familiar location for Wicked shoots. Overall, this scene is a hot one, with both Kaylani and Brad putting forth a solid effort. Kaylani looks great here, and her small size and limber frame are taken advantage of—particularly in the softcore action near the beginning of the encounter. The mood is well-established, and the acting is good by porn standards. Kaylani’s dirty talk and moaning fit the occasion well and never get too crazy.

Scene Two
This scene begins where the last one leaves off, with Brad Armstrong outside after having just failed in his pursuit of Kaylani stealing the car. Out on the street, he is approached by Tori Black, a beautiful brunette who is dressed up kind of like an 80’s mall / pop-rock chick, with big, pink hoop earrings and huge-lensed sun-glasses (at night) and her hair up in pony-tails. Her character is clearly a bit “off”.

After an exchange with her, he walks off and there is a quick glimpse of the SUV that originally followed him back from the club; its driver-side window slides up mysteriously. He continues on into the night until he reaches a lingerie store that happens to be open. Mikayla Mendez and Alektra Blue are working there and, after a bit of taunting, let Brad use their phone. They are clearly in on whatever scheme is at play.

Upon using the phone, he finds that Alektra Blue is on the other end of the line dirty-talking and masturbating. She asks him to “fuck her friend”, and Mikayla comes into the room with him and begins to rub Brad through his pants. Before long, Mikayla has Brad’s cock out and in her mouth. Brad receives a steamy blowjob, as he gives Alektra a play-by-play account of the early action over the phone. In total, this segment of the disc is very good. Mikayla, whom I was quite impressed with in “Deceived”, doesn’t fail to deliver the goods here, either. She is extraordinarily erotic in this scene, and she looks incredible—particularly when she gets a little bit sweaty and has that glistening look to her. Brad does a good job here, as well, and has good chemistry with Mikayla. The angles and lighting also allow for the action to be captured well. The whole “fuck my friend while I listen” motif is done excellently, but it doesn’t do too much for me—but this is likely due to having watched too much porn over the years. All in all, this scene is definitely worth checking out.

Scene Three
As in the prior scene, this scene begins where the last one leaves off. Brad hangs up with Alektra, gets his clothes on, and goes on a mini-rampage through the now-empty store, throwing some of the items around and getting angry. He then heads out onto the street, and Kaylani drives by in his stolen automobile.

Brad tries to sort through things in his head and then walks off. As he does so, there is a cut to the inside of the SUV that followed him earlier. Eric Masterson and another gentleman are in the automobile, and they note that Brad is heading in the incorrect direction. They then have Kaylani drive out in the car again to set him on the right path.

Kaylani drives the stolen automobile around Brad a number of times, taunting him and teasing him as she does so, until she finally gets out of the car, waves the keys at him, and then heads off into the darkness between two buildings. Brad gives chase, and there is a cut to the inside of a building; he is looking for Kaylani.

There are some distorted screams in the background, and he gets into a loft elevator and heads up. Two slender blondes (Tanya James and Bridgette B.) dressed only in lingerie greet him at the top and pull him out of the elevator. The two women take his place in the elevator and pull down the gate so that Brad can’t partake in the action that’s to follow.

One of the ladies is dressed in a black bra and panties set (Bridgette B.), while the other is dressed in a pink bra and panties combination (Tanya James). The two women begin to make out and fondle each other. In short order, their clothes come off, the gate is back up, and they continue to work each other over, this time including oral and digital manipulation. Both girls appear to have “enhanced” breasts; one who is smaller (Bridgette B.) and the other larger (Tanya James). Bridgette B. has some semi-distracting tattoos on her side, a cleanly-shaven cooch, and a foreign accent. Tanya James, however, seems to have a landing strip and an American accent. It looks as though there is some rimming that goes on during the action, and Brad takes his erect cock out at some point and jerks off while watching the show. The two blondes leave him without relief, however, and walk off after a teasing / cold good-bye.

In all, this scene is fairly soft, and the camera angles obscure the action to the point where it is difficult to really make out all of the details. It is primarily a lesbian tease sequence, not just for Brad, but for the viewer, as well. While it may serve a point as to the plot of the movie, as a sex scene it falls short. Although not awful, this is definitely the most mediocre portion of the film.

Scene Four
Brad gets back into the elevator and heads outside to find a white truck with Tori Black in the back. Tori’s dressed in a fashion similar to before, with what appears to be a tie-dyed miniskirt, a lacy pink top/sleeves combination that is so tiny around the torso that it’s essentially just a set of sleeves that are connected to one another at their tops, and large, pink hoop earrings. She’s not wearing the shades much in this scene, but her hair is still done up in pony-tails.

After a brief exchange, Tori offers to take Brad back to her dwelling so that he can use the phone. Even though she is crazy, Brad gives in and follows her. After this, there is a cut to the interior of the car with Eric Masterson and the other gentleman, and Eric is not pleased and has the other man make a phone call to a mysterious individual.

Partway to Tori’s place, Brad and she encounter a man who is annoyed at seeing Brad. After he makes some threatening motions and then leaves, Tori sees the SUV driving up, and she leaves Brad by himself, claiming that it’s her boyfriend in the automobile.

There is then a cut to Tori telling Eric Masterson that Brad isn’t suspicious and that she feels remorse for him. Eric then tells her that he’s unhappy with her, and Tori gets down on her knees to remedy his ill feelings toward her. It’s obvious that Tori’s character is only pretending to be loony.

Before long, Tori is licking Eric through his pants and then unzipping them and pulling them down. She takes his manhood into her mouth and brings him to full attention with her oral skills. Tori uses her hands and mouth as she expertly worships Eric’s rod. There’s a bit of sloppiness and some deep-throating involved in this blowjob before there is a transition to Eric lying down and Tori, with her skirt hiked up and black panties pulled aside, squatting down and impaling herself on his engorged member in a reverse-cowgirl position (condoms are used here and throughout the remainder of the scene). Given that it stars such a big-name newcomer, this scene could be a little bit longer than it is, and it could give a better view of Tori’s full body than it does—most of her clothes stay on throughout. This is the only true down-side to it, as I have seen pictures of just how gorgeous Tori is when fully nude. As my first exposure to her film / movie work, this is definitely a great introduction, but it would be nice if it lasted longer. That said, this is still excellent work and a very hot portion of the disc.

Scene Five
After the action from the last scene is over, this one starts with a transition back to Brad Armstrong, who is still hanging out outside. Two men approach him and mug him for his shirt. He is clearly battered, though he can still stand and walk.

There is a cut to the inside of the SUV, and Erik Masterson is expressing doubts about Tori’s feelings to Kaylani. After this, there is a transition back to Brad, who is wandering about and who finds some hooded figures outside of a building. They go into the building, and he follows.

In there, he finds the hooded figures holding candles and circling a sofa upon which Randy Spears is seated and receiving a blowjob from Kaylani Lei. The oral action from Kaylani is softcore for the scene’s opening, but does switch to hardcore after a brief period of time. Kaylani is wearing an outfit that consists of black, mesh arm coverings, a collar and thick, silver chain around her neck, a black latex girdle-like piece with buckles in the front, and black knee-high boots. I will let the reader watch the DVD for this information, as well as the following plot-driven scenes, so as not to spoil the ending. I will say that Brad gets revenge on the perpetrator of the plot, and he drives off into the credits with the girl (Tori Black).

In all, this final sex scene of the movie is very good. As always, Kaylani is animated and really has some great moves when she’s on top. The setting, effects, and lighting are all good but not really distracting, and the way the quasi-group sex plays out, particularly with the hooded characters, really establishes a creepy, yet erotic mood. All in all, this is definitely a scene worth watching.

Closing Statement
“Last Call” is a very good feature film by Wicked Pictures that has a solid plot and some of the most talented and beautiful women in the adult film industry in its list of credits. Kaylani Lei, Mikayla Mendez, and Tori Black all stand out in their performances, and there is really only one scene that is relatively mediocre (the Tanya James and Bridgette B. coupling), which is primarily due to the camera angles employed. Overall, this is a very good entry into the “feature” genre.
