Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects are pretty good, which means they're excellent for a fetish release. The audio has a few hollow or soft areas, but is normally clear and well balanced. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks great. It's very nicely lit and clear with some good care behind the camera.

Through the instructional portion of the movie, safety is definitely put forward as the most important aspect. They cover being in the proper state of mind, including the importance of trust, consent, and safe words, and finding a safe location to try BDSM for the first time. They also cover limits, both hard and soft. Physical safety considerations are covered, such as what kind of scissors to buy, and plenty of time is spent covering different materials used for bondage that are both good and bad and why they are so. Different knots and materials are covered for rope bondage, and plenty of care is also given towards flogging covering the flogger itself, the anatomy of the person being flogged, and of course, a few techniques. The same care is given to spanking, including the mental aspect, while the foot fetish and sensory deprivation sections add in a fair amount of attention towards the mental aspect. Accessories such as blindfolds, gags, and hoods are also covered during the sensory deprivation section, as well as sensory toys.

After the instructional portion of the release, you spanking playtime with Charli Piper and Dominik Kross and foot worship playtime with Jessica Ryan and Dominik Kross. The �playtime� sequences act as a demonstration for some of the earlier lessons. Dominik continues to give a bit of a lecture in the Spanking Playtime scene as he spanks his way around Charli's ass and thighs to make them nice and rosy red. The scene is completely limited to spanking, and that's just fine with how much both Dominik and Charli get into it. The Foot Fetish Playtime scene is much more like a standard sex scene, complete with a new location, the addition of Jessica to the cast, and Dominik even sporting a bit of a different look. There's a little foot fetish action here, but it's quite limited and ends up being a very disappointing foot fetish scene.

Kink School: A Beginner's Guide to BDSM is a fantastic instructional release. In fact, I'd say that this is one of the best instructional releases I've had the pleasure to watch. There's a lot of ground covered here, but it's covered from the ground floor up and does so in a very friendly manner that shouldn't scare people off with a subject that many people can be very nervous about. Despite having plenty of knowledge on the subject, Mistress Dee's opening talk was one of the weakest points in the movie due to a lot of uhm's as she spoke, and thankfully everyone else was a bit more eloquent. Aiden Starr did a great job covering things from the basics to the different fetishes and accessories, and also gave some nice little demonstrations along with her talk. Tim Woodman was nothing short of amazing when it came to the rope bondage section, and knowing that he does actual classes on rope bondage I couldn't help but think of how amazing they must be with how great of a teacher he comes across as here. The rope bondage section is helped out quite a bit by having Jay Taylor as an assistant, who looks like she's having a heck of a lot of fun being tied up. Dominik Kross is just as solid with the spanking portion, and is helped out quite a bit by the more than willing Charli Piper. Dominik and Charli's spanking playtime is a very nice demonstration to continue Dominik's lecture, but sadly the foot fetish playtime between Dominik and Jessica came off as a plain old sex scene with a little sprinkling of foot play. It was easily the low point in the movie for me, not because it was a bad scene, but because it was so average and light on the foot fetish action in a release that's otherwise fantastic. Kink School: A Beginner's Guide to BDSM is an outstanding instructional release that's well worth the purchase for anyone who's the least bit curious about BDSM sex.

Extras:
A photo gallery lasts about eight minutes. There's also about six and a quarter minutes of behind the scenes and outtakes. You get plenty of flubbed lines, extra comments, and just plain the cast having fun and showing off some personality. It's a fairly simple BTS, but one that adds nicely to the overall release.

It's an excellent instructional release that's a must buy for anyone who's not sure where to start with BDSM or who's just wanting some fairly basic information about BDSM.

I know plenty of others have tried to do BDSM instructional releases before, but I don't think anyone has come close to the job you've done here. Thank you for putting such great care into this series!
