It is said that when William Burroughs wrote NAKED LUNCH he did so in chronological order. Then sat down with scissors, cut up the pages, and haphazardly rearranged them. It appears that the editor of this film has used precisely that same technique. None of the scenes here play through to their conclusions. The first two scenes intercut with one another as do the last two scenes, making this a frustrating film to watch. What in the world did they think they were doing? There are some good performers here but the way the film is hacked and hewed defeats anything they do. It is virtually impossible to get off watching it, and that is the raison d’être of these things, isn’t it?

The concept behind this chaotic jumble is of a house of masseurs who don’t ply their trade on call, just in. Of course these masseurs offer more than just a back rub. Mason Walker and Chris Yeager are the first clients. Their masseurs are Drew Andrews and Doug Jeffries. Just as things have progressed to the sex stage and they are engaged in a daisy chain ass rimming, we cut abruptly away to Eric York who is receiving two more clients in another room. Both of these clients are singly—oops, doubly unattractive. As soon as sex begins with this trio, it’s back to the quartet and thereafter back and forth from one group to the other so that we never really get involved with either scene. Among the odd things in the quartet scene are that Drew Andrews has the biggest dick and it’s never put to any use, while Mason has a pierced tongue and never sucks a cock. In the trio section, Eric fucks the homeliest of the clients while getting fucked by the other one. The one that’s fucking him would be all right if one was trapped in an igloo in the frozen north, but the one he’s fucking would only be put out for the polar bears.

The same crazy crosscutting screws up the remaining two scenes. In the first of these, we have Cutter West who comes to get it from Rappalo. Now Rappalo with his slender tightly-muscled body and his disdain of pubic hair is a sexy creature and has always turned me on. While Cutter is a handsome muscular blond. They make a great pairing. If only we could watch them without interruptions! But we cut back and forth from their scene to another with Ty Davenport and Brandon Phillips. Ty is a slender bear with a big dick and Brandon is very attractive. They also have a good scene that is ruined by the moronic editor.

If you don't think an editor can make or break a film watch this mess. Did you ever watch television with a manic channel surfer, so that as soon as you got interested in one program he switched away to something else? Well, that’s what it’s like to watch this DVD. To some degree things can be remedied by using the chapter entries, but this doesn’t always work. What a pity that, as it is, JUST IN is quite a way OUT.
