The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very nicely done. The audio is clear and well balanced, but there were a couple very minor background noises. The video is presented in the full frame ration, and shows some nice care. The lighting varies a little throughout the movie, and often goes a little bright or perhaps uses natural lighting to give the action a slightly washed effect that worked well for me. There's a touch of grain to the presentation, but the camera work is very smooth and nicely done. This is a very nice looking and sounding movie.

Music: In addition to all his other talents behind the camera, Jonni Darkko also does the music for Girls Love Girls 2. It has an electronic style that fits the slightly artistic feel of the movie very nicely, and matches the tease sequences very well.

Menus: The main menu nicely works together a bit of animation and a clip from the movie. The chapter menu shows some nice care and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and the name of the girls in it.

The Feature

Girls Love Girls 2 keeps things fairly simple. Each scene starts with each girl doing a little tease before hooking up with another girl or two. They work each other over naturally at first, but eventually bring their toys in as they play.

Scene 1 – Charlotte Stokely and Kimberly Kane

I like how each girl has her own style of working on the other rather than just having them each take a turn, but the lack of back and forth action did hold the scene back slightly for me. This is a hot pretty hot scene, but something about the feel didn't let it get much beyond that for me.

Scene 2 – Adrianna Nicole, Annette Schwarz, and Lorelei Lee

I also really like how it has a rougher feel to really set it apart from the other scenes here with Annette showing once again why she deserves so much of the attention she's getting. This is a darn hot scene and the nastiest scene in the movie.

Scene 3 – Dana DeArmond and Roxy DeVille

Scene 5 – Holly Morgan and Penny Flame

Girls Love Girls 2 is easily one of the best all girl movies I've watched in recent memory. To start with, you have Jonni Darkko's great eye for beauty, from the girls he chooses to the outfits and locations he puts them in to the fantastic job he does with the camera work. He gets a little artistic in some of the scenes, and that's just fine with me as it helps the scenes not only stand apart from each other in the movie but from the other all girl movies out there. The scenes don't really need the touches of artistic flair to stand apart, as they nicely do it based on the action. Although each of the scenes have toy play, there's a nice difference in the moods from scene to scene as well as how nasty the girls get. The variety is just enough to set the scenes apart but never so much to make the movie seem like a complete hodge podge, but also just enough that I'd have a hard time picking a favorite scene with how well they're all done. Girls Love Girls 2 is a fantastic all girl movie that definitely deserves to be checked out.

I was laughing out loud several times watching it, and it was rare for a smile to leave my face after it first appeared soon into the featurette. It's been a very long time since I've seen a behind the scenes featurette as fun as this.
