The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very well done. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I didn't notice any background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks great. There are a few minor shadows, but the lighting is very well done and the camera work is smooth. This is a very nice looking and sounding movie.

Music: There's a little creepy music in the background during some of the setups that does a great job in helping with the mood of the scenes. The sex, however, is music-free.

Menus: The main menu nicely blends a bit of animation, a few clips from the movie, and a bit of the cover still for a good first impression. The chapter menu is pretty basic, and lets you choose a scene based on a clip of the scene, a chapter number (which doesn't correspond to the chapters in the movie), and the name of the girls involved in each scene for the first chapter in the scene.

The Feature

Do you like scary movies? How about if there's a lot of sex in them? Digital Playground takes a few notes from horror movies lets them lead into the sex scenes with contract girl Jesse Jane leading the way this time around.

Jesse Jane Scream is a great addition to Digital Playground's collection of horror themed pornos. The setups are very well done, and add a nice touch of creepiness while also showing a definite sense of fun. The sex is just as good, and is extremely consistent from the start of the movie right up to the end. There's great chemistry in each of the scenes and the camera work captures it all very well. I think Jesse's scenes might have been my favorite here, but even that's somewhat grabbing at straws and there's no way I'd be able to pick out a weakest scene let alone a definite favorite. Jesse Jane Scream is an extremely well done fuck flick that I can't help but strongly recommend.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts about ten minutes. After a classic black and white styled opening, Jesse shows off a few smiles and the feature flashes around the production. Jamal has a few words with her along with a few words from Samantha mixed in. There's also plenty of potty talk before he chats about Micah getting skinnier all the time. Evan also adds plenty of fun with a little talk about the set and training for Madison. After a little time capturing Madison and Rebeca in action, things move on for some fun with Marco and a few laughs with Shay, Tommy, and Jesse. This is one of the best behind the scenes featurettes I've seen from Digital Playground in quite a while. There's some nice personality and eye candy as well as a lot of laughs. The humor in the Playground's behind the scenes featurettes can be very hit or miss for me, but this one hits completely and had me laughing out loud a couple times. This is a very enjoyable featurette.

Currently, many of Digital Playground’s bigger releases can be found online for between about $18 and $28 with a few stores offering them for under $20. This one's well worth the money. The sex is extremely consistent and hot with well done setups. The technical aspects are well done and there's some nice effort put into the extras. This is a great release.
