The Short Story

Initial Expectations: Robby D. has been turning out some great work for Digital Playground, but this series has been one of my favorites. I'd be looking forward to this one even if it didn't have such a great cast.

Initial Reaction: It's every bit as hot and fun as I normally expect from the Teen America series, but as usual stumbles a little overall due to a lack of any care being put into extras.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting hot sex and fun setups

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting girls who look like they might not be able to drive yet.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very bit as good as one should expect from Digital Playground. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I didn't notice any background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen, and looks very good. The camera work feels handheld, but is also nicely smooth. It also has almost a hint of grain as well as nice lighting.

Music: None

Menus: The main menu keeps the traditional feeling for the Jacks' Teen America series blending the boxcover with a little flag animation for a decent first impression. The chapter menu is a touch generic giving a clip of each scene and a scene number, but raises itself up by also giving the name of each girl in the first chapter of her scene.

The Feature

Cut off from the family fortune to live off of, Jack continues to keep himself busy with the Teen America pageant. With the help of sound guys like Mick Blue and Marco Banderas he checks out new contestants like Shay Jordan, Holly Morgan, and Hillary Scott.

Scene 1 – Shay Jordan and Mick Blue

After figuring out the boom mike, Jack introduces himself as well as sound guy Mick to Shay and chats with her about things like her competition, her best qualities, and wanting to start her own secret society of female ninjas. She shows off some of her skills, and when Mick and Jack start laughing at her a battle ensues between her and Mick. Scene 2 – Jana Cova and Sophia Santi

Scene 3 – Sue Diamond and Mick Blue

Jack's Teen America Mission 20 gives you everything you think it should by now. For me, the Teen America line is the best of Robby D and Digital Playground's “Jack” lines, and after watching them the last few years it delivered just what I expected. The setups are simple, but do a nice job working in some good tease as well as some nice humor to keep things light and build the chemistry. There's some nice chemistry that comes out through the sex, and although the sex keeps things fairly couples friendly with just one fun anal scene and a lighter lesbian scene, it always has a playful and friendly feel. The sex also has a very consistent feeling, and I never saw any scene really rise above the rest of have trouble keeping up with the pack. Jack's Teen America Mission 20 is a hot and fun piece of porn fluff that does just what it sets out to do very well.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of Digital Playground’s bigger releases can be found online for between about $18 and $28 with a few stores offering them for under $20. This seems just a little high for what you get here. The scenes are hot and fun and there's some nice effort put into the technical aspects. The problem for me here was that there was no real effort put into the extras, which always stands out since when they're included the behind the scenes featurettes Digital Playground makes are some of the most fun ones out there. This is a hot movie, but the overall DVD could have used a touch more effort.

Note to Digital Playground: With how enjoyable your behind the scenes featurettes are, their absence on releases like this really stands out.
