Initial Expectations: Robby D. has made some great movies and this has been my favorite series from him. I can't help but have high expectations for this one.

Initial Reaction: It's another installment that shows how well simple but enjoyable sex with fun setups can work.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very well done. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I really don't think I noticed a single flaw. There are a few background noises, but they all fit the locations and don't interfere with the action. The video is just as good, starting with an anamorphic widescreen presentation. There's a touch of the motion you normally have with a movie when it's shot by hand, but it never seems sloppy. It's also nicely lit with some good lighting. This is a very nice looking and sounding release.

Menus: The main menu keeps the traditional feeling for the Jacks' Teen America series blending the boxcover with a little flag animation for a decent first impression. The chapter menu is a touch generic giving a clip of each scene and a scene number, but raises itself up by also giving the name of each girl in the first chapter of her scene.

The Feature

Cut off from the family fortune to live off of, Jack continues to keep himself busy with the Teen America pageant. With the help of sound guys like Nick Jacobs and Scott Nails and soundbabe Sophia Santi he runs around interviewing superbabe candidates like Gianna Michaels and Roxy DeVille with his video camera.

Scene 1 – Gianna Michaels and Scott Nails

Scene 2 – Marlena and Sophia Santi

Scene 3 – Roxy DeVille and Scott Nails

Jack's Teen America 18 is another simple and effective porno. I know that “simple” and “effective” are often bad words to describe something with, but here it explains the charm of the movie so well that I can't help but use them. The setups are simple and a bit cheesy, but every time they put a smile on my face because they made it look like everybody involved was having a lot of fun. The sex is much the same way, with every scene ending up above the average mark and some working extremely well for me. Perhaps the thing that says how well Robby D. handles this series is that it's already in its eighteenth volume, it hasn't seemed to change a single thing about itself, and yet I can't help but look forward to every installment of it that comes out. Yes, this is brainless porn, but with how much of today's porn seems to either think it's either going to revolutionize the industry or barley have enough brains to figure out which end of the camera to look into, the Teen America movies just seem to set out to kick back and have some fun sex. That's just what happens with Jack's Teen America 18, and I can't wait to see it happen again with Jack's Teen America 19.

Currently, many of Digital Playground’s bigger releases can be found online for between about $18 and $28 with a few stores offering them for under $20. If you've liked previous installments of this series, this one's going to work for you just as well. It should also be worth checking out for those who want something simple and fun, but the price seems a touch high with no real extras here. At least Digital Playground put their typical very nice effort into the technical aspects.
