The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The audio is pretty good. Most of the movie is nicely balanced and free of background noises. There are a few areas which are a bit hollow due to the surroundings, but the biggest problem is the start of Queenie’s scene where the audio synchs with the video about as much as it does with the English version of Godzilla movies. The video is also pretty good. It has a few shadows, a hint of grain, and a few minor camera motion problems, but none of them are ever bad enough to really interfere with the action. The main thing that interfered with the movie for me is that it looks like many of the scenes are treated with a filter for the early portion, and it gave the pictures a blurry look that left me a bit turned off. I think it was supposed to make things artistic, but instead it ended up making it look half-assed.

Music: There’s music in almost all of the scenes. It varies in style slightly, and in balance even more. It fit very well into the scenes, and the balance made it vary between being very noticeable and blending into the scene so well that I didn’t even notice it unless I focused on it.

Menus: The main menu is okay, and works together the cover with a bit of the movie. The chapter menu is much better, and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and the name of the girl in the scene.

The Feature

Iron Head 4 brings together eleven women for ten cocksucking scenes. Iron Head 4 is a pretty good blowjob movie. Two of Tina’s first directorial efforts, namely Tina Tyler’s Favorite Blowjobs and Tina Tyler’s Favorites: Blowjobs Part 2, both impressed me long, long ago and showed Tina to be a woman who could take a blowjob movie past the point of redundancy that it always got hung up on for me. Here, the movie got long for me. There were some girls who did a great job sucking cock, with Flower Tucci, Hollie Stevens, and Sharon Wild being the first three to spring to mind. Others, such as Queenie, left me bored and waiting for the scene to be done. The biggest problem here seemed to be that the scenes were almost all around fifteen minutes, whether they really needed to be or not. There were a couple scenes that seemed like they could have been done much quicker, while others could have went a bit longer. I have to give Tina credit for mixing things up a bit with some different blowjob positions, but in the end the movie still got stuck in a bit of a rut. That said, I’m not a fan of blowjob movies so if you are there’s a very good chance that it will work better for you than it did for me. Iron Head 4 is a pretty good blowjob movie that shows some nice skill behind the camera from Tina Tyler.

Currently, many of Mercenary Pictures DVDs can be found online for between about $16 and $25 with most stores offering them in the $20 range. If you’re a blowjob fan, this one will probably be well worth the low end to you. There’s a pretty good variety of blowjobs, but the technical aspects are a bit weak in a couple places. There also isn’t any real effort put into the extras. This is a decent DVD, but nothing overly special.
