Iris: A Seth Gamble Feature Review

Review:
L.A.-based Lifts driver, Blake Blossom, is a fuck 'em and leave 'em (...dead) kind of girl with a bloodlust for revenge...and God help whoever makes her haul their luggage or gives her less than a 5-star review. So goes Iris, a very good 2024 feature release from director Seth Gamble and Wicked Pictures. For her part, Blossom is a well-known industry smoke-show whose efforts here don't disappoint. Indeed, she fucks it out in three of the flick's four sequences (never a bad thing), and she plays the part of a cold-blooded serial killer to perfection. She's quite the actress. While this one doesn't have the most sophisticated of plots, it's strong enough with its storyline to hold the viewer's interest and pops in a bit of a twist at the end. The cinematography (lighting, camerawork) are top-notch, while the soundtrack includes some rap/vocals, as well as scene-specific background music that sets the mood for the given sequence well. Attention has been paid to the quality of the release, no doubt.

In terms of the sex itself, the action is generally smokin'. Blossom is always an exceptional performer, and her scenes with Dan Damage (in/around her car on a sidestreet ; cream-pie), Emma Hix and Alex Mack (in the couple's hotel room), and Charles Dera (in a dark hotel room) all live up to expectations (...even if they don't end so well for Blake's partners). Each of these fuckings certainly delivers the heat! Additionally, Jennifer White, a perennial head-turner in her own right, opens up the production with a strong performance involving Charles Dera in the back of an Italian restaurant. She's always a pleasure! Good stuff all around and worth a watch.
