Initial Expectations: Abby Winters has put out some very nice all girl releases, but her solo stuff has fallen a little short for me. Still, the rest of it has been good enough that I can't help but have some hope here.

Initial Reaction: I'm starting to see this series charm and am looking forward to check out more of it now.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty average. The audio varies from scene to scene, with some sounding nicely balanced while others are a little muffled with some minor background noises. The video is presented in the full frame format and looks pretty good. The lighting is well done in each of the scenes but there is a little pixelation that's easily noticeable in a couple of the scenes.

Music: There's a little music to start and finish each scene. It's soft in both style and balance, and works very well for the scenes.

Disc Complaints: There's no time stamp to the DVD, which makes navigating it a bit difficult as you're limited to chapter breaks rather than being able to jump to any point in the movie with your remote. This makes the authoring look very dated, and Abby Winters is one of the few companies I can think of who don't use a time stamp on their DVDs (a three fingered shop teacher could probably count them on one hand with room to spare). Abby Winters looks to be putting some effort into improving their DVDs, so I hope this is soon a thing of the past.

Menus: The main menu scrolls through clips form the movie while simply laying out the choices and the title. The chapter menu Shows some very nice care, and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and the name of the girl(s) in it.

The Feature

The Intimate Moments series focuses on very natural masturbation. For each scene a tripod is set up, normally in the girl's own bedroom, and the girl is left alone with the camera to pleasure herself however she best likes. If she likes toys she can have toys and if she just wants her fingers she can do that too. For each scene you're given the name of the girl as it starts.

Scene 1 – Ainslee

Scene 3 – Josephine S.

Secret Pleasures is a nicely different masturbation movie. No, it's not as polished as most others, but that helps with the natural feeling to the movie. The entire movie feels like it really is the natural and real masturbation experiences the girls like to have rather than something scripted out for them, and there's a very nice charm to that. That isn't to say that every scene works well for me with that natural scene, as some of the girls like to pleasure themselves at a lot slower pace than I like, but I'm sure others will really like that pace. That natural feeling helps Secret Pleasures to have a nice bit of variety with the action as well as every girl is different, and having a couple scenes with the girls masturbating next to each other mixes things up a little more. Secret Pleasures might not have consistently worked for me, but it does have a nice charm that makes me curious to check out more of them.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, most of Abby Winters' DVDs can be found online for between about $11 and $30, with stores offering them everywhere in between. If you like natural looking masturbation, this one should be well worth your money. The girls are all extremely natural looking and so's their play. The technical aspects are pretty average, but sadly there isn't much effort put into the extras. This is a good masturbation DVD that could have been better with a touch more effort towards the extras.

Note to Abby Winters: It was nice to see some extras on your other recent DVDs. I hope this one just slipped by and they aren't being dropped on future DVDs.
