I could write all the bullshit cliches you see in porn blurbs, "they'll syphon the cum out of you!", "hard pounding, boner-inducing action in every scene!", "you'll cum in your pants before you have time to unzip!" It may be true, but it goes against the spirit of the video. A lot of other companies go for gloss and glamour, girls with bright blond hair and big, firm (fake) boobs, puffy, red, dick-sucking lips, and the best that Victoria's Secret has to offer. But the action is tepid, at best, just a virtual lap dance without the music.

Girls Coming is the latest in Abby Winters's solo-masturbation series called "Intimate Moments." The emphasis is on real girls, real-world pretty, in a room by themselves with a single camera. There's no gimickry here: the girls don't act out a scene, they don't talk to the camera (except in the "extra"), they aren't doing their strip-club routine. It looks like real masturbation, girls making themselves cum, for real and for you. It's what they would be doing, the way they would really do it, even without a camera.

Nine girls in nine scenes. One of the nice things about the Intimate Moments series is that they shake things up a little, while still keeping true to the concept. Laura T. has a solo scene, then a second scene where's joined side-by-side with Mollie M. Beck and Carolyne are pared for a scene (tandem masturbation, not lesbian), and Tiff has a regular scene and an "extra." Everyone else appears by themselves.

The girls all appear to be 20-somethings, firm and fit but not hardbodies. They're all white except for ebony Marika. There's a mix of blondes, brunettes, busty and less-endowed. None of them look like they've had plastic surgery, or if they have, it was subtly done. No freakish tats or multiple piercings, either. The "act" is mostly the same--just fingers (except in the "extra'), but the locations vary, as do positions (face up, face down, some coyly, annoyingly hidden from the camera, and so on). One girl is on her back on a kitchen table, another relaxes on a sofa, another on a bed. Beck and Carolyne appear to be in a kitchenette counter and a bar stool respectively. The one important thing in common is that the girls appear to have real orgasms.

Special Features: Besides trailers for other features, there's one "extra," a second scene with Tiff where she uses a toy. The main difference is that it's not shot along with one locked camera. The camera moves around, so it's more like a regular video and not strictly an "intimate moment." I thought it worked very well, and I'd like to see more of this (another girl did something similar--showing off her toy box, on an earlier DVD and it was damn good, too).

Production values: Typical AW production: bright, clean video and very good sound. No annoying music or gimmicky graphics. There are a number of chapter stops in each scene so you can skip around or set replay points. It's very well done all the way around. It looks like the people responsible made something they themselves would want to own.

Final verdict: I've seen a lot of masturbation videos and this is my favorite series. It never fails to deliver. The girls look like the type I meet at the local coffee house or the dog park. They look like they're truly enjoying themselves, not just putting on a show because they're being paid. The whole thing, top down, is well thought out and presented by people who seem to truly care about what they produce. In porn, this is as good as it gets.
