Initial Expectations: I haven’t heard a lot about this series, and nothing really good. That said, I like Oriental women so I’m going into this one with an open mind.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty decent. The audio is pretty good, but the balance varies a little throughout the movie and there are a few background noises. The video is pretty well done. There isn’t much grain, and most of it is nicely lit with only a few areas being over lit.

Music: There’s a little music during the teases, and that’s it.

Menus: The menus are fairly basic. The main menu has a clip with a little animation while the chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a clip and a scene number.

The Feature

After a stint in the Navy, a college degree, and a little time as a head shrink, Mark Anthony ventured into the adult industry. After eight years in front of the camera he’s now journeying behind it and trying to put his Navy travels to use by showing off some of the beautiful women of the world. He lets the girls start things off with a little dance in each scene before they get down and dirty.

Scene 1 - Hazel and Mark Anthony

After her dance, Hazel lets Mark grope her and suck her tits. Scene 2 - Trisa and Jasper Wade

After a little joking around on the couch, Trisa gives Jasper a little oral loving. She starts off strong, but begins to look bored after a bit. This is a pretty average scene. It both starts and finishes strong, but almost everything in between left plenty to be desired. I couldn’t help but think that Trisa was just there for the check during most of the scene, and I didn’t find her nearly as attractive as Hazel. To make matters worse, the camera work also seemed quite weak. Keep the remote handy for this scene.

Scene 3 - Emiley and Mark Anthony

Mark starts Emiley out with a little tongue and finger action before taking her directly to a little missionary style fucking. This is a pretty hot scene. Just like with the first scene, there’s a nice pace and good energy. This isn’t a perfect scene, but it shows more care than a heck of a lot of other scenes out there.

Scene 4 - Angelica, Mark Anthony, and Jasper Wade

After Angelica’s blindfolded, she’s given Mark’s cock to suck. Since she seems to like it, she’s given Jasper’s cock next. They take off the blindfold, and since Angelica doesn’t run away screaming Mark is left to capture the action as Jasper gets it on. This is an above average scene. Angelica and Jasper seem to get into things pretty well, and build up some decent chemistry as the scene goes on. There’s nothing overly special, but the scene does have a nice feel.

Scene 5 - Charlie, Beth, and Mark Anthony

Mark starts out the final scene letting Charlie help him wash up in a bubble bath. He kisses his way around her in return before eating her pussy. This is another okay scene. Unlike the other scenes with Mark in front of the camera, I couldn’t help but get the feeling that this scene was all about Mark. The camera focuses on the penetration way too much for my tastes and the chemistry between the girls was lacking. The scene has a nice start in the bathroom, but once it moves into the bedroom there were plenty of times when I didn’t even know who was getting fucked. This isn’t a bad scene, but it does leave a bit to be desired.

International Booty shows some nice potential for a series. The girls are hot and natural, and Mark shows some very nice care with his partners when he’s in front of the camera. When he’s behind the camera, he seems to keep the scenes nicely paced and just long enough that they don’t get boring. Sadly, his camera work leaves a bit to be desired as it focuses on the penetration way too much for my tastes. That said, I think this is also Mark’s first movie, and I’m more than willing to chalk that up to a lack of experience. In the end, International Booty ends up as a decent piece of interracial gonzo that might make many couples happy.

The Extra Stuff

The photo gallery lasts over four minutes with some nice looking snapshots and full screen photos. There’s also a nicely done autobiography of Mark Anthony and a bonus scene.

Bonus Scene - Wanda and Gabriel

After Mark sees an add for Wanda on the net, he sets up a meeting with Wanda and Gabriel where he can film them. This is a pretty good scene.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many Smash DVDs can be found online for between $14 and $24 with most stores offering them in the $20 range. This one isn’t a bad buy at the low end. The sex is a little above average, and there’s some nice care given to the extras along with decent technical aspects.

Note to Smash Pictures: I know that this DVD is a bit old, but it’s nice to see that you were interested in putting out quality DVDs even back then.
