Initial Expectations: I’m going into this one for one big reason, Anastasia Christ! Digital Sin has also been doing a better job on their movies lately, so I have some hope for this one.

Initial Reaction: It’s not great, but for the first movie I’ve seen with Joel behind the camera it is pretty good.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are excellent. The audio is clear, well balanced, and I don’t think I heard a single background noise. There are a couple places where the level changed slightly, but that’s the biggest problem I noticed with the audio. The video is every bit as good. It’s well lit and extremely clear. I don’t think I noticed any camera shake and there’s so few soft focus blurs that they aren’t even worth mentioning.

Music: There’s a little music, it’s normally only during the tease portions. It’s a bit on the loud side, but it works well to start the scenes out.

Menus: The menus are pretty good. The main menu has a little animation to give it a good first impression. The chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene.

The Feature

As usual with Digital Sin’s movies, you don’t have to worry about a plot or anything close to it. Internal Violations continues their run of theme based movies, with the theme of choice being internal pop shots for this movie. The girls normally start out each scene playing to the camera, and after getting busy for a bit, finish things up with a nice cream pie.

Scene 1 - Stacy Silver, Brett Rockman, and Dillion Day

The ending is my favorite way to see a threeway like this end, but it was the weakest part of the scene. Either Dillion did a very small pop or he let it go way inside Janet as barely anything came out. Scene 5 - Nikita, Laura Lion, Sabina Black, Joel Lawrence, Brett Rockman, and K. K.

Although I really enjoyed Internal Violations, it leaves me torn. There’s nice chemistry and energy in every scene, and I never got the feeling from any of the girls that they were just in it to pay the rent. Unlike most cream pie movies, Internal Violations doesn’t focus too much on the internal pop. You never see the camera focus in on the girl’s goodies while she strains to push all of it out. If it doesn’t run out easily, things just move on. This was a nice change at first, but I found myself wanting a bit more. I never felt that any of the guys didn’t deliver, but when you have one guy popping in a girl and another there waiting for it to fall into her mouth, I want to see the girl get up there and try to lick it out! I was also surprised that there was only one internal pop per scene, which really got to me at times. When I pick up an cream pie feature, I normally want to see a certain girl get a popped inside. I can understand if there’s a threesome with two girls and a guy that one of the girls is going to get left out. Here, there were times such as the last scene when there’s three cocks, three girls, and only one internal! Internal Violations has some great action, but since it’s more than a little weak if you want a cream pie movie I split the baby on my sexual rating. If you want a heavy cream pie movie, you can deduct a half point from the sex and overall ratings. If you don’t care that much about it and are more concerned with chemistry, energy, and an overall sexual feeling, you can add a half point to the sex and overall ratings. Internal Violations is a hot movie with great sex, but the internal aspect of it lacks.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many Digital Sin DVDs can be found online for between $15 and $29 with many stores offering them for around $20. Joel Lawrence does a nice job here, but if you want the drippy, runny type of internal features you might want to rent this one first. The technical aspects are very good, but sadly there isn’t anything worth mentioning for extras.

Note to Digital Sin: It’s great to see how fan you’ve improved your movies, but the DVDs as a whole are still fairly lackluster. Out of the handful I’ve recently watched, the only change I saw in them was the movie on the DVD and the pictures in the photo gallery. That kind of lethargic effort towards a product never impresses me.
