The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are nicely done. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I didn't notice any background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks very nice. It's clear and smooth, but there are a few areas where the lighting is a little on the weak side.

Music: There's a little music in a couple places, but it's barely even worth mentioning.

Menus: The main menu nicely blends the boxcover with a clip from the movie for a good first impression. The chapter menu shows some nice care, and lets you choose a scene not just based on a still of each girl with their name, but also a clip from their scene.

The Feature

Internal Injections 3 keeps things simple. Each scene starts out with the girl showing off and chatting a little with Sid behind the camera. It moves on with plenty of sex before finishing things up with a cream pie finale.

I know Teagan's going to be the major draw in this release for a lot of people, but this is hands down the weakest scene in the movie and brings the entire movie down a notch.

Internal Injections 3 is a well done cream pie movie. There's a couple moments when I had a little doubt about the authenticity of the cream pies (namely in the first and last scenes), but most of the time it's handled so well that the authenticity of the cream pies never came into question for me. Brianna Love easily put out my favorite scene here, while Teagan's scene easily came in as the weakest scene in the movie and held the entire movie back a notch due to Tyler's wood problems and her trying to cover for him. Beyond that, this is a simple movie that's done right. The camera work focuses nicely on the girls, and although it never gives the guys a lot of attention it also doesn't give you the feeling like they're trying to be held off camera or out of the action. There's good chemistry in the scenes and the sex has a nice flow in each of the scenes. Internal Injections 3 is the first I've seen of Sid Knox's work, and it definitely left me with a good first impression.

The Extra Stuff

The photo gallery lasts about three and a half minutes with about six seconds per very nice looking snapshot. There's also a behind the scenes featurette, weblinks, and cumshot recaps.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts about five and a half minutes and is nicely presented in the anamorphic widescreen format. Brianna starts out posing for a few stills before Jamie poses for her stills. Teagan is next with her still, followed by Allison, Samantha, and Kylee. The girls add in a few comments as they pose, but the comments are sadly few and far between. There's a lot of personality with this group of girls, and having the featurette focus so much on the eye candy while ignoring the personality (especially with Jamie Elle around) is a real shame. This is a disappointing behind the scenes that barely adds anything to the overall release.

The technical aspects are nicely done, and although there isn't much effort put into the extras there is a little. This is an impressive cream pie movie.

Note to Diabolic: It's nice to see you giving the extras a little effort, but a little personality always help out behind the scenes featurettes.
