In the Stretch Review

In this transfer from an earlier VHS, Jason Cruise, a very cute twink that is no relation to Tom, is chauffeuring his boyfriend, high-priced callboy Andrew Michaels, in a long white stretch limo. Andrew is perfect casting for a callboy with his humpy young body, bee-stung lips, and imposing cock. Jason tells Andrew that he would like to be callboy, too. Whereupon Andrew replies, “I want to keep you all to myself.” With that Andrew orders Jason into the back seat. Jason goes down on Michael’s highly suckable dick. In no time at all they are both out of their clothes and giving one another head. This stolen interlude ends with Jason getting fucked on the trunk of the car.

Mike Hayter, Andrew’s pimp, tells another of his boys—Ted Cox—that a client is waiting for him in a gym. Cox was a skinny dark-haired twink who was a frequent performer in videos of a decade or so ago. Michael White, the trick he meets at the gym was a handsome buff blond. Before they get together for a workout, we see Mike call Jason on the car phone. Discovering that the boy is interested in working as a stud in his stable, Mike gives the boy a three o’clock “appointment”. Mike is pleased he is doing this behind Andrew’s back. It will also be done behind Jason’s. But before that we look in on Ted and Michael at the gym.

Ted Cox and Michael White begin by spotting one another at barbells. But soon they are giving their attention to one another’s bars and balls. Each fellates the other. Surprisingly—because he always topped in other films—Cox bottoms for White. I guess it’s a case of the client calling the shots. It’s a hot scene.

Jason is right on time for his appointment with the pimp. To show Andrew who is boss and also to gloat, Hayter calls him and leaves the phone off the hook in order that he can hear his boyfriend’s audition. Needless to say, young Jason passes the audition with flying colors, taking Mike’s stiff truncheon both before and behind. Listening on the phone, Andrew jacks off to the sounds of his lover’s betrayal.

Hayter had planned on sending Jason out on a three-way, but they dallied too long and Ted Cox answers the call alone. This time Ted’s customer is Max Wolf. Max bears a striking resemblance to Andrew Michaels except that he lacks Andrew’s luscious lips. Of course Max's lips do just fine on Cox’s cock, and Ted returns the favor. Their mutual fellatio is interrupted by Vince Cobretti. Now, if you are into twinks, Vince is a wet dream come to life. His long smooth face and dark eyes were framed by curly hair worn in the style of the period, long and below the collar. Trust me when I tell you that his appearance would make this film a must-buy if he only stood and watched. Thankfully though he gets involved. Max becomes a very happy dude—sucking on Cobretti while getting fucked by Cox. Cobretti decides that Cox’s ass is not to be ignored either. Serviced by these two coltish studs, Max certainly gets his moneys-worth.

When this film first appeared, the magazine “Skinflicks” called it “one of Vivid’s better efforts”. And “Manshots said It was “not to be missed”. I see no reason to disagree with these verdicts ten years later. IN THE STRETCH is indeed a hot little film, and one I am glad is now on DVD. I saw it years ago on VHS and only somewhat remembered the scene with Jason and Hayter as Hayter really threw it to the kid. Now seeing the DVD version, it has more jewels than I remembered. All of the performers with the exception of Hayter (who is not a bad troll) are prime examples of boy-flesh. It’s a film that will hold up to repeated viewings and is certainly worth the small price.
