Ryan Idol… right up there with Ken Ryker and Jeff Stryker, he is one of the big three gay porn stars. You either love him or you hate him. Idol in the Sky was his last movie, which promised to be the biggest, baddest, most expensive porno to date. Ryan got paid a whopping $25,000 for this film, and stars in 4 out of the 6 scenes. Enough of the history lesson, how’s the movie?

Idol in the Sky has Ryan as a bad-ass fighter pilot whose job it is to train in the new rookies. First up, Ryan is giving a slide show to Aaron Austin, Kyle McKenna, and Adam Wilde. Things turn frisky, and Ryan ends up dropping his shorts for the cadets, who all get their turn sucking him off. Ryan shoots his load on Kyle’s face (right across his eye!) then leaves. The guys keep the heat going, though, as Kyle works his tongue into both Adam and Aaron’s cracks. Evidently, the Air Force frowns on body hair, as these boys butts’ are smooth as silk. Kyle is the cutie in this scene, who seems to love getting it from both ends: Adam fills his hole while Aaron stuffs his sausage down Kyle’s throat. This next scene really loses me. Here I thought I was watching a military movie, when all of a sudden J.T. Sloan (Canada tattoo boy) and Jordon Young come riding into the scene on horseback, wearing blue jeans and red bandanas! They mention something about cadets, so I suppose that tangentially ties things in, but come on… can we try to have some theme consistency here?? It looks like this was shot in J.T.’s pre-steriod era, when he had just the right amount of muscle mass. Jordon starts things off with some sloppy cock sucking, and the camera gets some really great views of the action. I never realized how wide Canada boy’s dick was! Mercy! We cut to J.T. cramming his face into Jordon’s tight little hole. Fingers follow the tongue, which is finally followed by J.T.’s thick cock. They fuck in two positions before they each spew their loads.

Back on the base, Dino DiMarco and Hawk McAllister are fooling around out on the field. In the finale, Joshua Sterling finally gets a piece of the meat he was so desperately eyeing up in scene 2. Image my surprise when I see Ryan not only kiss Joshua on the lips, but suck his dick and eat out his ass as well! Does he do a very convincing job of it? Well … no. But for a guy that claims to be straight, he sure gives it the ol’ college try. Next up is my favorite part of the entire movie. Joshua sits down on Ryan’s big one, and literally goes on the ride of his life. I nearly creamed my pants just thinking about it. They move on to a hot tub for some more fucking later, but you will surely have lost your load before they get there.

So how does it stack up? Well, the video quality is very good. The extras are lacking, though. All we get is a slideshow and an “Internet feature”. Click on the internet feature, and all it does is tell you to visit their web site (which doesn’t even seem to work). Thanks guys.

This is the first time I ever have seen Ryan in action, and unfortunately, I think that I am falling onto the Ryan-Haters side of the fence. He does have a beautiful body, but his cocky attitude is such a turn-off for me (and I’m not even going to mention his little girly g-string tan line again). Overall, the rest of the movie seemed just slightly above average to me. Ryan- Lovers will surely go ga-ga over this though. I guess it just depends on what kind of person you are.
